TERMS OF TECHNICAL & QUALITY STANDARD
The design, the Contractor’s Document, the execution and the completed Works shall comply with the country’s technical standards, building, construction and environmental Laws, Laws applicable to the product being produced from the Works, and other standards specified in the Employer’s Requirements, applicable to the Works, or defined by the applicable Laws.
设计、承包商文件、施工和竣工工程均应符合工程所在国的技术标准、建筑、施工与环境方面的法律、适用于工程将生产的产品的法律、以及雇主要求中提出的适用于工程、或适用法律规定的其他标准.
All these Laws shall, in respect of the Works and each Section, be those prevailing when the Works or Section are taken over by the Employer under Clause 10 [Employers Taking Over]. References in the Contract to published standards shall be understood to be references to the edition applicable on the Base Date, unless stated otherwise.
所有这些关于工程和其各分项工程的法规,应是在雇主根据第10条[雇主的接收]的规定接收工程或分项工程时通行的.除非另有说明,合同中提到的各项已公布标准应视为在基准日期适用的版本.

Quality standards adopted质量标准
The quality of this Project shall not only reach the standards for qualified project and pass the inspection for completion by the construction administrative department, but also reach the concrete quality standards described in the Drawings, tendering documents and other attachments of this contract.

本工程以施工图纸、作法说明、设计变更和《建筑装饰工程施工及验收规范》（JGJ73-91）、《建筑安装工程质量检验评定统一标准》（GBJ300-88）等国家制订的施工及验收规范为质量评定验收标准。

The electric installation should be carried according to the national standard Electric Equipment Installation Project Construction and Acceptance Criteria GB232-98 and Construction Electric Installation Project Quality Inspection Criteria GBJ303-98.

If there is no such corresponding standards or codes in the country, the OWNER shall provide the CONTRACTOR with the technical requirements within the deadline as stipulated in the Particular Conditions of Contract. If the OWNER requires that foreign standards or codes to be adopted, then the OWNER is responsible to provide the CONTRACTOR with the Chinese version of the relevant standards or codes
国内没有相应标准、规范的，由业主按专用条款约定的时间向承包方提出施工技术要求，承包方按约定的时间和要求提出施工工艺，经业主认可后执行。业主要求使用国外标准、规范的，应负责提供中文译本。
质量应符合建设部颁布的《钢管脚手架扣件》（国家标准GB15831-2006）的规定。

本合同规定的设计质量严格执行以下现行版的中华人民共和国技术法规、标准规范及其引用的规范性文件的要求，如下述技术标准.法规文件要求有不一致的地方，则以较严格者为准。
The quality of design hereof will strictly perform the requirements of following current edition of national technical rules, standards, codes and cited normative documents，where any difference or consistence between following technical standards and statute the stricter shall prevail.
The execution, equipment installation and quality acceptance of the project should be strictly subject to the engineering design documents which prepared by Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Research as well as the acceptance criterions / compulsory standards which are stipulated by relevant authorities; and the quality of construction should satisfy the standard which are the requirements of the design document and respected criterions.
本项目严格按北京市建筑设计研究院编制的工程设计文件和国家有关部门所规定的各种施工验收规范及强制性标准进行建筑施工、设备安装和质量验收。工程质量必须达到设计文件规定和有关规范要求的质量标准。
Party B should comply with the design specifications, design requirements, acceptance codes and compulsory standards, which are in relation to project, well-organized execution and bear full liability on the quality of project.
乙方须遵守与本项目建设有关的设计规范、设计文件要求和施工验收规范及强制性标准，精心组织施工，确保工程质量，并对工程质量承担全部责任。
The high density bolt’s type, specification and the technical condition should be comply with the designed specification and the related standard. We must carry out the test to determine the turn space coefficient and recheck bolt pre-pull force and check the quality pass certificate and the test report.
高强螺栓的形式、规格和技术条件必须符合设计要求和有关标准规定，必须进行试验确定扭矩系数或复验螺栓预拉力，应检查合格证及试验报告。
