Zhengzhou is a national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone, which has renovated the regulatory service to develop “1210 (bonded warehouse)” regulatory approach, “O2O site pick-up of goods” sales model and enable “fast customs clearance”. At present, Zhengzhou has imported goods from 63 countries and sold goods to 185 countries via cross-border e-commerce, expanding global market far and wide and enabling “one-stop” shopping of commodities produced internationally.

Opening up port has gone beyond the coastal area to inland China. Now, Zhengzhou has 1 aviation and 1 railway class-1 ports and 8 designated import ports, overtaking other inland cities in the number of functional ports. Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone has taken the lead to implement measures such as selective taxation, international trade single window, local maintenance of domestic products (especially, the maintenance warehouse of iPhones was moved from Hong Kong to Zhengzhou), etc., continuing to achieve the highest total volume of foreign trade nationwide and setting a model that “a small zone drives a large province”.
