/HOUSE TYPE ANALYSI/
通透 静谧 纯粹
本案业主是一对80后夫妻，女主人追求有品质的生活节奏，喜欢茶艺、花艺等，喜欢深层次的精神追求。男主人性格沉稳直爽，更偏好于实用和充满秩序的空间。
The owners of this case are a couple after 80 years. The hostess pursues quality life rhythm, likes tea art, flower art and so on, likes deep spiritual pursuit. Male host character is composed and straightforward, more preference is mixed at practical the space that is full of order.
/DESIGN DESCRIPTION/
设计师通过大面积的白色聚焦静谧纯粹之感，在纯净的色彩中注入适配的软装元素，刻画出整体空间的艺术调性。多元化的场景相互交织、切换，描摹出平静而丰富的家居生活。于此间谈笑风生，感受着周身环境的公共性与私密性达成微妙的平衡，以此构建出通透的建筑层次。
Designers focus on the quiet and pure sense of large area of white, and inject suitable soft decoration elements into the pure color to depict the artistic tone of the whole space. Diversified scenes interweave, switch, describe a calm and rich home life. We talk and laugh, and feel the delicate balance between the public and the private of the surrounding environment, so as to build a transparent building level.

01_｜PORCH 玄关
｜WJ SPACE
玄关作为入室缓冲之处，要着重从仪式感和归属感入手，将简约的设计美学自建筑中萃取出来。通过色彩与线条营造出空间的肌理，悬于上方的光源，则取自飞鸟归巢的东方意境，与玄关的功能*交性**相呼应，将归家时的心境还原至放松愉悦的状态。
The porch, as a buffer of the room, should start with the sense of ceremony and belonging, and extract the simple design aesthetics from the building. Build the texture that gives a space through colour and line, hang at the illuminant of upper part, take the Oriental artistic conception that bird returns a nest from, hand in photograph echo with the functional sex of porch, return the state of mind when the home restores to relax cheerful state.

02_｜CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY AREA 儿童活动区
｜WJ SPACE
为女儿开辟出一方娱乐之所，只待她挑选喜爱的玩具填充其间。建筑笔直的线条搭配流线型的内嵌式灯带，呈现出自由明快的活动场所。视线纵向上移，便是男主人的书房，两个相互依存的空间还起到了联系家人情感的功能。
Carve out a playground for her daughter and fill it with her favorite toys. The straight lines of the building are combined with streamlined inline light belts, presenting a free and lively activity space. The line of sight moves longitudinally, it is the study of male host, the space that two depend on each other still had the function that links family feeling.

03_｜THE STUDY 夹层书房
｜WJ SPACE
书房中的每一缕线条，每一抹配色，都是对业主沉稳内心的描绘与表达。用清澈的眼光去看待生活，摒弃绚丽繁复的色彩和装饰，将纯净的白与大气的直线贯穿其中。大面积运用玻璃材质，将光线引进来的同时，视线也可以没有阻碍地发散出去。
Every line in the study, every match color, it is to owner composed heart depict and expression. Look at life with clear eyes, abandon gorgeous and complicated colors and decorations, and run through the pure white and the straight line of the atmosphere. Large area uses vitreous material to material, introduce the light while, the line of sight also can diverge without hindrance ground to go out.

04_｜THE HOUSE 茶室
｜WJ SPACE
“茶实嘉木英，其香乃天育。”女主人善于发掘藏匿在生活中的点滴诗意，素常便喜爱烹茶、插画。设计师通过和谐的秩序感，显露出人性化的布局考量。柔和的整体光线将茶室的氛围渲染到极致，属于家的归属感便从此处蔓延开来。
"Jiamuying, its fragrance is the day." The hostess was good at discovering a little poetry hidden in life, and loved to cook tea and make illustrations. Through the harmonious sense of order, the designer reveals the human layout considerations. Downy integral light renders the atmosphere of teahouse to acme, the sense of belonging that belongs to home spreads from here.

05_｜THE COURTYARD 庭院

将绿植引入室内，为空间注入鲜活的生命气息。静立在旁的树，以其舒展的枝丫赋予地下室灵动的美感。明亮的设计基调与自然的元素相糅合，巧妙掩盖了地下室空间原本的沉闷感。目光定格之处，自然、自在、呼吸的氛围赋予了建筑厚度与律动感。
Green plants are introduced into the room to inject fresh breath of life into the space. Static stand in the next tree, with its stretch branches to give the basement clever aesthetic feeling. Bright design fundamental key and natural element photograph are mixed, covered ingeniously basement space originally depressing feeling. The natural, free and breathing atmosphere gives the building a sense of thickness and rhythm.

06_｜RECREATIONAL AREA 休闲区

建筑通过多元化的异质材料，搭建出自身的尺度和张力。柔软松弛的布艺、触手温润的大理石都是从细节处对整体空间进行的描画。拿捏住设计暗含的秩序，将慵懒的格调贯穿于休闲区的始终，便可将家居的结构和排布信手拈来。
Through a variety of heterogeneous materials, the building builds its own scale and tension. The marble with soft and flabby cloth art and warm tentacle is the painting that carries on to integral space from detail place. Hold the order that the design contains implicitly, run through languid lazy style at recreational area from beginning to end, the structure that can live in and arrange arrange come at ease.

07_｜THE SITTING ROOM 一楼客厅

客厅以艺术沙发为中心旋转展开，饱满蓬松的面料像一朵触手可及的云，又像是一场晶莹缥缈的梦境。流畅的曲线与柔滑的廓形，裹挟着慵懒与舒适，以期营造出一个真正轻松写意的会客空间。
The living room rotates to spread out with the art sofa as the center, the full and fluffy fabric is like a cloud that can be reached at one's arm, like a crystal and dimly discernable dream again. The smooth curves and silky profile, with lazy and comfortable, in order to create a real relaxed and freehand reception space.

08_｜DINING ROOM 一楼餐厅
｜WJ SPACE
餐厅并未对空间进行明确地划分，而是利用软装配饰自然过渡空间，温柔地将横向空间分隔成不同的功能区。不同的元素在此间沟通和碰撞，最终呈现出区域功能的独立性与连通性并存的建筑美学。
The dining room does not make a clear division of the space, but uses soft assembly to adorn the natural transition space, gently divides the horizontal space into different functional areas. Different elements communicate and collide with each other, ultimately presenting an architectural aesthetic that combines independence of regional functions with connectivity.

09_｜DAUGHTER ROOM 二楼女儿房
｜WJ SPACE
在构思女儿房时，设计师试图从孩童的视角出发，通过随处可见的柔软布艺搭配流畅弧线，延伸出一个生气勃勃的卧房空间。年少时纯净的梦想与纯真的笑语，正适合寄托在这方纯粹、舒缓的空间之中。
When conceives daughter room, stylist tries to start from the child's Angle of view, through the soft cloth that can be seen everywhere art tie-in fluent arc, outspread gives a bedroom space with vitality. The pure dream when young and pure laugh, suit to consign in this side in pure, slow space.

10_｜LIVING ROOM 三楼起居室｜WJ SPACE
起居室以正中的地毯作为核心，沙发与单椅则盘旋在侧，形成围合式的空间构造。居中的茶几以正圆为型、以黑灰为色，映射出业主从容俊逸的现代审美格调。于空间中引入一抹嫩绿，注视其上时，心境也会随之变得自由通透。
The living room has a carpet in the center as the core, while the sofa and single chair hover on the side, forming an enclosed space structure. The tea table in the middle is model with correct circle, it is color with black ash, map gives owner leisurely and junyi modern aesthetic style. Introduce a touch of green into the space, and when you look at it, your mood will become free and transparent.

11_｜MASTER BEDROOM 三楼主卧室｜WJ SPACE
落地窗将大自然的风景悬挂在侧，同卧室的绿植呼应成趣，连接起沟通室内与室外的动线桥梁。墙体饰面与家居软装，均选用温和沉稳的灰调做主配色，柔软中透着飒爽，交错呈现出空间淡雅大气的质感与品位。
French window hangs the scenery of nature on the side, become an interest with the green plant echo of the bedroom, connect to communicate indoor and outdoor moving line bridge. The wall surface and home soft decoration are all made of gentle and calm gray tones, soft and dashing, and interlaced to present the simple and elegant texture and grade of the space.

12_｜TOILET 三楼卫生间｜WJ SPACE
对卫生间进行干湿分离处理，将浴缸置于另辟的空间内，既不会让水汽干扰到外部的干爽环境，又可为沐浴预留出私密的享受时光。温水包裹和容纳着疲惫的身躯，浴缸则负责提供使人放松的具象载体。
Undertake dry wet separation processing to toilet, place bath crock inside the space of other create, already won't let water vapor interfere the dry and cool environment outside, can give illicit close to enjoy time for bath to reserve again. Warm water wraps and holds the tired body, while the bathtub is responsible for providing the concrete carrier of relaxation.
