深呼吸….如果你胆儿够大
Last night, I was listening to one of my favorite songs while I was running. It was Russian Roulette from Rihanna. When the lyrics came to “take a breath and count to three.” I laughed out. We are suffering from thick smog pollution in Beijing right now. I don't think there is anyone can “take a deep breath”.
昨天跑步的时候，我正好在听我很喜欢的一首Rihanna的歌叫Russian Roulette.里面有一句歌词是“深呼吸，数到三”…听到这儿的时候我乐出声儿了，现在北京的这个空气质量，我觉着没人胆儿肥到敢在户外深呼吸。
Actually, my life was never influenced by poor air. No allergy. No dyspnea（Medical）. Nothing abnormal. But I miss the blue sky. Thinking about that, I’m upset. Also, I once read some news about a businessman sells “Beijing air” as the latest tongue-in –cheek product somewhere.
但实际上，我的生活并没有被空气质量影响多少。我没有过敏，没有呼吸困难，没有任何不适症状。只是想到秋高气爽的季节没有蓝天，我很失落。之前甚至看到新闻说， “北京空气”被当成一种半开玩笑的产品在卖。
I keep on running outside even under the polluted weather. I do hope we have our blue skies back to us. Next time, when I listened to the song again, I can take a deep breath with no worries.
我没有因为空气污染停止户外跑步。也期待着能早日恢复蓝天白云的生活，那么下次我再听到这首歌的时候，就能应景地来个深呼吸，不用担心会就地晕菜了。

Language Tips:
1.雾霾= haze.
雾霾是由“雾”和“霾”组成，雾霾的首要污染物 PM2.5 (Particulate Matter 2.5) 指的是大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物，就是可入肺颗粒物。受雾霾的影响，大部分地区陷入严重空气污染之中，有两个经常出现在天气报道中的术语：AQI 和 API.
AQI =“空气质量指数” (Air Quality Index)；
API =“空气污染指数” (Air Pollution Index)，API 的指数越大，说明空气污染越严重。
2.fog alerts:大雾预警
3.a dozen： 一打，十二个。
4.traffic delays：交通拥堵，延误。
