Each和Every
意思相同（“每个”），
都用来表示数量的限定词，都和单数名词连用。
而且做定语时基本可以互换。

Each/Every child in the orphanage received a Christmas present.
孤儿院的每个孩子都收到一份圣诞礼物。
Every / Each morning Jack goes jogging before breakfast.
杰克每天早上早饭前去慢跑。
I visit my parents every / each week.
我每星期去看望我的父母。
（时间状语前用every更常见哦）
但是它们内涵和用法上还是有些区别，需要我们注意：
1. each和every都可以做限定词，区别在于：
1）each指两个或两个以上的群体，every三个或更多的群体，
There are people on each side of the street waiting for the queen.
街道两边都有人在等女王的到来。
There is a goal on each end of the pitch.
球场每一端都有一个球门。
Mr. Brady is kind to each/every student in his class.
布雷迪先生对班上的每个学生都很好。
2) each强调一个群体中的个体成员；every强调整个群体的所有成员：
Every/Each doctor should help his/her patients to recover as soon as possible.
每个医生都应该帮助病人尽快康复。
（我们可以根据自己想强调的对象而选用each或every。）
3）each前面不能有其它副词修饰；every前可以用表示“几乎”的almost, practically 和nearly ：
They go to Europe almost every year.
他们几乎每年都去欧洲。
He stays up until midnight practically every night.
他几乎每晚熬夜到午夜。
Nearly every boy in our class loves watching football matches.
我们班几乎每个男孩都喜欢看足球比赛。
4）every还可以表示“每，每逢，每隔;完全可能的”，each没有此用法:
We go swimming every other day.
我们每隔一天去游泳。
They have to go to Shanghai every two weeks.
他们每两周必须去一次上海。
We all have every reason to enjoy our lives.
我们都有充分的理由享受我们的生活。
He has every right to live with respect and peace.
他完全有权有尊严和平静地生活。
2. each可以做代词，在句子中作主语，宾语，同位语；
every只能是名词前做定语的限定词：
Each thinks differently about where to go for the holiday.
每个人都对去哪里度假有不同的想法。
Each of the family thinks differently about where to go for the holiday.
家里每个人都对去哪里度假有不同的想法。
They each think differently about where to go for the holiday.
他们每个人都对去哪里度假有不同的想法。
Each of us agrees with you.
我们每个人都赞同你。

这些铅笔多少钱？
每只8角。
