昨天想了一个下午，终于把加拿大项目的度假别墅移动房产品的平面布置图做了出来，晚上就发过加拿大建筑设计师做方案深化。由于加拿大的建筑法规与中国不同，所以现在的加拿大移动房建筑体，我们都会先在国内出好初步方案，然后发过加拿大建筑设计师进行方案细化，完成图纸后发回我们做建筑拆装配件，同步加拿大那边做报建，所以国外的房产项目开发进度周期都比较长。但我相信做多几个项目后，进度会快好多！

我把细面积产品的展厅会放到多伦多，展厅还在设计中，后期做好了我再发布！I put the exhibition hall of fine area products in Toronto. The exhibition hall is still in the process of design, and I will release it later when it is ready!
2000平方米的地块使375平方米的建筑得以在土地上展开。它的体积由四个松散的体积组成，绘制在方形模块的网格上，并围绕一个未覆盖的内部庭院旋转，通过该庭院，体积相互连接。The 2000 m2 plot made it possible to spread 375 m2 of construction through the land. Its volumetry consists of four loose volumes, drawn on a mesh of square modules and rotated around an uncovered internal courtyard, through which the volumes are interconnected.

这些“盒子”划分了需求计划和景观的不同框架视图：第一个街区包含车库和服务区；第二，电视室、办公室和主套房；第三间是两间卧室，一间共享浴室、卫生间和工作室。最后，客厅/餐厅和厨房的空间通过滑动门完全融入阳台。These "boxes" sector the needs program and different frame views of the landscape: The first block houses the garage and service areas; the second, the TV room, office, and Master suite; in the third, two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, toilet, and the atelier. Lastly, the volume of the living/dining room and kitchen are fully integrated into the balcony by sliding doors.
在房子里走动时，可以看到各种各样的视角。通过主入口的大循环可以看到花园和游泳池。体积的分离允许用户在顺时针旋转庭院时看到外部，并提供内省或外向的空间关系。为了纪念“古代居民”，一棵居住在建筑工地上的本土树木“ipê”被重新种植为庭院中心的雕塑。自然光和空气穿透各个方向，这得益于带有翻车机的全高玻璃。庭院里布满了小路、花园和水，除了给房子增湿外，这些水还反射着天空，投射着室内的运动。
