“防火防震防暴恐”综合演习
筑牢校园安全防线，守护平安和谐校园。“安全”是学校一切活动的基础，是教育的永恒主题。为进一步加强校园安全工作，增强防震、防火、防暴恐安全意识，提高自救防范能力，掌握应急避震、避火、避暴恐的正确方法，熟悉发生灾害时紧急疏散的程序、方式、逃生路线和安全避险区域，培养自我保护、团结协作的能力。4月11日上午，海青外国语实验学校联合西山区前卫派出所和望江路社区开展了“演练”筑防，“临难”不慌，防震、防火、防暴恐综合演练活动。

In order to further strengthen campus safety work, enhance the safety awareness of earthquake prevention, fire prevention, anti-riot and terrorism, improve the ability of self-rescue prevention, master the correct methods of emergency shock, fire and terrorism, be familiar with the procedures, methods, escape routes and safe areas of emergency evacuation in the event of disaster, and cultivate the ability of self-protection, unity and cooperation. On the morning of April 11th, Haiqing Foreign Language Experimental School, together with the avant-garde police station in Xishan District and the Wangjiang Road community, carried out "drills" to build prevention and prevent, and carry out comprehensive exercises of earthquake prevention, fire prevention and riot and terrorism.
一、安全疏散 教育先行
综合演练前，我校学生成长中心认真细致地对全校师生进行了活动的培训和安排。各班班主任通过视频、图片、情景模拟等形式对学生进行“防震、防火、防暴恐安全教育”，提前向学生讲解防震、防火、防暴恐避险常识及疏散演练的注意事项，让学生了解并掌握基本的逃生自救知识，增强自身安全意识。
Before the comprehensive exercise, the Student Growth Center of our school carefully trained and arranged activities for all teachers and students in our school. The head teacher of each class conducts "earthquake prevention, fire prevention, anti-riot and terrorism safety education" to students in the form of videos, pictures, scenario simulation, etc., and explains to the students in advance the common sense of earthquake prevention, fire prevention, riot and terrorism avoidance and the precautions for evacuation drills, so that students can understand and master the basic knowledge of escape and self-rescue, and enhance their own safety awareness.
二、学以致用 实战演练
本次演练分为三个部分，首先进行的是避震演练。演练即将开始!负责安全疏散通道的老师们已提前3分钟到达自己的岗位。警报声一响，正班主任和副班主任马上变成了班级的临时指挥官，提醒孩子们立刻停止一切活动，全校师生按照既定预案，快速躲到就近“安全三角区”，蜷缩身体，降低重心，双手护头，进行躲避。老师一边告知、安抚的同时，一边指导孩子们采取正确的躲避危险方式。
This exercise is divided into three parts. The first is the shock absorber drill. The exercise is about to begin! The teachers in charge of the safe evacuation channel have arrived at their posts 3 minutes in advance. As soon as the alarm sounded, the head teacher and deputy head teacher immediately became temporary commanders of the class, reminding the children to stop all activities immediately. According to the established plan, all teachers and students in the school quickly hid to the nearest "safe triangle area", curled up, lowered their center of gravity, protected their heads with both hands, and avoided. While informing and appeasing, the teacher guides the children to take the correct way to avoid danger.
哨声响起，班主任迅速带领孩子们弯腰，双手交叉护头按设定的逃生路线有序撤离，孩子们在班主任和老师们的引导下，一个个弯着腰、小步快跑，有的还用毛巾或衣袖捂住口鼻，安全有序地迅速撤离教室到学校足球场。

Some covered their mouths and noses with towels or sleeves, and quickly evacuated from the classroom to the school football field in a safe and orderly manner.
全校师生都安全集合在学校足球场的安全区域，各班班主任迅速清点人数，并向本次演练总指挥汇报。

随着学校总指挥的一声令下，“防暴恐”演练正式开始了。此次演练活动以“歹徒强行闯入校园”为突发事件情境。大课间活动时，孩子们正在做操，一名“歹徒”强行撞进校园，并冲向正在操场做操的师生行凶。值班教师、保安、应急小组等及时响应，一名保安马上进行“一键报警”呼叫支援，听到警报，学校立即启动反恐防暴应急处置预案，保安人员持盾牌、钢叉联合学校安全应急小组成员和民警对“歹徒”进行围捕。通过采取警戒、防护、包围、进攻、处置等战术，很快将“歹徒”控制。望江路社区的医护人员及时对“受伤”的两位同学进行了“急救”和“包扎处理”。

Hearing the alarm, the school immediately launched the anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency response plan. The security personnel held shields and steel forks and cooperated with the members of the school's safety emergency response team and the police to round up the "gangsters". By adopting tactics such as alert, protection, encirclement, attack, disposal, etc., the "gangster" will soon be controlled. The medical staff of Wangjia.
本次“防暴恐”演练前，我校法治副校长前卫派出所周警官对我校安保人员进行了反恐防暴安全培训，为演练活动做好了充分准备。

最后进行了“防火灭火”实战演练，周警官首先对消防灭火器的使用进行讲解;接着是模拟火情，周警官讲解了在火灾初起及发展阶段时，如何使用手提式干粉灭火器进行灭火;最后教师代表开展了灭火实践活动。

三、总结提升 赋能成长
演练结束后，我校法治副校长前卫派出所周警官对同学们的演练给予了高度评价。同学们在演练中表现出了高度的纪律性和团队合作精神，在模拟地震火灾逃生的环节，展现出了冷静、机智和勇敢的品质。并鼓励同学们继续保持这种良好的状态，增强防灾减灾安全意识，为构建平安校园做出更大的贡献。
