Today we will talk about the relationship between coach, athlete and parents in our academy, explained in what we call in youth football, “The Basic Triangle”. This triangle reflects the 3 main connections that build and support a good environment for the kids to grow up and improve well in our academy:

Parents ' tendency to overvalue everything that happens to their children

父母们有趋势去高估了发生在自己孩子身上的一些事情。

The tendency for parents to focus on one person -their child

父母有趋势仅仅去关注自己的孩子。

Creation of unrealistic expectations

制造出不现实的期望值。

In our academy, we try to manage this triangle in order to dont let these situations to happen and to give the children and the parents a healthy environment, by sharing ideas and thoughts to support that, where we give some suggestions on how the parents can help the coaches:

在我们学院中，我们尝试着管理我们之间的三角关系，通过分享我们之间的想法来支持他们，避免让这些不正确的情景发生，这样可以给我们的孩子们和父母们更健康的环境。当然，我们也要给出父母一些建议，建议他们如何帮助教练员们。

01 Go see the Games of the teams in which their children participate

去观看有孩子参加的队伍的比赛。

02 Encouraging respect for the rules

鼓励队员们去遵守各项规则。

03 Give the example of a friendly relationship with the parents of the other players teams

和其他队伍的队员的父母建立起很好的关系，用此来做一个例子。

04 Always emphasize the importance of the pleasure of playing and the joy that these moments provide.

总是强调给队员们踢足球是存在压力的，也是有很多乐趣的。

05 Praise the effort made and the progress achieved.

赞赏孩子们的努力，赞赏孩子们取得的进步。

06 Applaud all the good moves, whoever performs them, of the son's team or the opponent

为所有的队员的精彩表现而鼓掌，不管是本方队员还是对方队员。

The border between support and pressure is a decisive issue for the parents to establish the difference between a positive and a negative attitude to the young athletes, who can even prevent him from accessing the higher levels of performance, even if he had the potential to do so.

对于年轻的队员来说，表现出支持和压力是有一个界限的，这个界限是值得探讨的，而且取决于家长为孩子们搭建的积极或是消极的态度，这种不同甚至可能影响到那些极度有潜力的孩子们展现出更好的表现。

Its up to our coaches, in an association with all the parents, to create a safe and sharing environment, so we can all enjoy the beauty of football.

在处理好和所有家长们的关系上，教练员们起到非常重要的作用，因为需要教练员们去创造一个安全和学会分享的环境，这样我们所有的人都可以享受足球带来的魅力。
