On the list of the top 100 counties by GDP in China in 2020 released on May 10th, Jinjiang ranked the fourth, making it the fourth county tiger among counties nationwide in terms of economy for the first time.
5月10日出炉的2020年全国GDP百强县榜单中，晋江位列全国“百强县”第四名，首次跻身全国县域经济“四小龙”。
Confronted with the challenges brought by the COVID-19 outbreak, all sectors of Jinjiang make concerted efforts to fight the disease, innovating and developing the "Jinjiang Experience", accelerating the efforts in building it into an international city of innovation and quality, enhancing its quality and taste.

On May 18th, the Jinjiang industry online live broadcast festival entitled “Quality Products Made in Jinjiang” was launched. Within one day, a new wave of consumption upsurge was set off by a series of online live broadcast activities with rich contents and novel forms on the platforms of the towns. This is an aspect of Jinjiang Party Committee and Government’s practical and effective measures to help the enterprises weather the adversity incurred by the COVID-19 epidemic.
5月18日，“源头好货，晋江制造”——晋江市产业线上直播节启动。一天内，以镇域为平台，一系列内容丰富、形式新颖的线上直播活动，掀起新一波的消费热潮。这是在面对新冠肺炎疫情逆流时，晋江*党**委政府切实帮扶企业的一朵浪花。
The real economy is the treasure of Jinjiang. In 2019, the output value of Jinjiang sports manufacturing industrial enterprises above designated size exceeded 200 billion yuan for the first time with an increase of 9.1%, becoming the first industry in Jinjiang with an output value exceeding that figure. Anta Group's annual revenue reached nearly 34 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of more than 40%, and a double-digit growth of revenue and net profit for six consecutive years. Xtep achieved the best performance in history, with revenue of 8.183 billion yuan and a net profit of 728 million yuan. 361° made a net profit of 432.4 million yuan, with a drastic year-on-year growth of 42.4%, the highest in the past five years.
实体经济是晋江的传家宝。2019年，晋江市体育制造业规上产值首破2000亿元大关，增长9.1%，成为晋江首个产值超2000亿元的产业。安踏集团全年收益达到近340亿元，同比增长超过40%，营收与净利润连续六年保持双位数增长；特步取得历史最佳业绩，营收81.83亿元，净利润达到7.28亿元；361°实现纯利4.324亿元，同比大增42.4%，增速为近五年来最高。
The brilliant achievement above is attributed in part to the timely adaptation and effective guidance of Jinjiang Party Committee and Government.

After the ending of NPC and CPPCC last year, Jinjiang trade delegations visited the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries along the Belt and Road for sister city talks and trade cooperation, expanding the overseas markets for Jinjiang's enterprises. One month after the trade delegation returned from Southeast Asia, Jinjiang held a symposium, inviting representatives of entrepreneurs for exchange and discussion. The government and enterprises in Jinjiang make concerted efforts and forge ahead in all weathers. In order to expand and strengthen the two traditional competitive industries of sports goods and textile clothing, Jinjiang has organized over 10 activities of supply-demand capacity connection and management innovation since the end of August last year. On the platform set up by the government, more than 18 brand enterprises have signed agreements with 18 OEM enterprises and raw material suppliers. Meanwhile, Jinjiang has also issued and implemented 12 stimulus and supportive policies for economic development, providing a package of preferential policies for the development of enterprises.

Medical service is the core index of a quality city. Due to the shortcomings in medical and educational resources, Jinjiang has been confronted with the problem of being unable to retain high-end talents despite its rapid industrial development over the years. How to solve the problem quickly, improve the city quality and retain the high-end talents needed for the industrial development have always been the focuses of the consideration and practice of Jinjiang Party Committee and Government.
医疗是品质城市的硬核指标。因为医疗和教育资源的短板，这些年，晋江面临着产业壮大但留不住高端人才的难题。如何快速破题，提升城市品质，留住产业发展所需要的高端人才，是晋江*党**委政府不断思考和实践的重点。

On May 16th, Li Lanjuan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and member of the high-level expert group of the National Health Commission, put on a doctor’s gown and went to check the patients' condition in the 12th ward of Jinjiang Municipal Hospital. This is part of the high-end medical resources accessible to an ordinary citizen after the introduction of Shulan Health to Jinjiang .
5月16日，在晋江市医院十二病区，中国工程院院士、国家卫健委高级别专家组成员李兰娟换上白大褂，走进病房察看患者情况。这是晋江引入树兰医疗集团后，普通市民得以享受到的高端医疗资源。
In February 2019, Xie Liyun, the first principal Jinjiang recruited nationwide, officially took office of the principal of Jinjiang Experimental Secondary School. After his arrival, there was a significant increase in the number of students who scored 9A in the high school entrance exam that year, and the number of students admitted by the key high schools also exceeded 200. In recent years, more and more education talents like Xie Liyun have settled down and worked in Jinjiang.

Zang Shuliang and Qian Yuqin, a couple who have lived in Jinjiang for more than 8 years, have always considered it a wise choice for them to come to Jinjiang from afar. Before retirement, Zang Shuliang, Qian Yuqin's husband, was a professor and doctoral supervisor of Liaoning University, and she herself was an associate professor. “Quality” is essential to Jinjiang’s medical service as “level” is to its higher education. It is very rare in China for a county-level city like Jinjiang to have more than three universities, among which are "double first-class" universities such as University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fuzhou University.
如果说医疗在于提“质”，高校建设则在于提“位”。作为一个县级市，晋江拥有3所本科以上高校，其中更有国科大、福大等“双一流”高校，这在全国都是少见的。

"The entry of high-level undergraduate education is of great significance." According to the director of Fuzhou University Jinjiang Science and Education Park, on September 5th last year, 240 freshmen from Ocean School of Fuzhou University settled here, including the six majors of electrical engineering and automation, logistics management, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, mechanical design manufacture and automation, biotechnology, electronic information engineering. In the future, Jinjiang will truly become the cradle of college students.
“高水平本科教育的入驻更是意义重大。”福大晋江科教园相关负责人表示，去年9月5日，福州大学海洋学院本科240名新生成建制入驻晋江科教园区，涵盖海洋学院电气工程及其自动化、物流管理、水利水电工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、生物技术、电子信息工程等6个专业。今后的晋江，将真正成为大学生成长的摇篮。

On May 20th, after engaging in masks production for more than three months, Hengan Group was officially granted with a five-year medical device manufacturing license by the Fujian Medical Products Administration, which means that masks will be added to the regular product lines of Hengan Group in the future, contributing to the company’s expansion into a new market in its category of health products.
5月20日，历经三个多月转产口罩，经福建省药品监督管理局审批，恒安集团正式获批五年期医疗器械生产许可证，这意味着口罩将成为恒安集团今后常态化生产的产品，扩充集团在卫生用品类别中的新板块。
On the evening of May 25th, China Chamber of Commerce for Import& Export of Medicines& Health Products issued Name List of Medical Devices and Supplies Companies with Certification/Authorization from other Countries, in which Jinjiang K-boxing Men's Wear Co., Ltd. was listed, becoming the first and only medical mask manufacturer in Jinjiang to enter the "white list" of export goods certified by the Ministry of Commerce. Jinjiang K-boxing Men's Wear is also the only enterprise in Jinjiang that has been included in the white lists of export goods issued by the National Medical Products Administration and the Ministry of Commerce respectively. This brings Jinjiang the first "passport" to medical masks exportation.
5月25日晚间，中国医药保健品进出口商会发布的《取得国外标准认证或注册的医疗物资生产企业清单》中，晋江劲霸男装有限公司荣列其中，成为晋江市首家且唯一一家进入商务部出口“白名单”的医用口罩生产企业。劲霸男装也是晋江市唯一一家入围国家药监局和商务部出口白名单“双认证”的企业。自此晋江市有了第一张出口医用口罩的通关“护身符”。

On May 15th, the headquarters of Moonx Technology Co., Ltd., a leading domestic driverless enterprise, was set up in Jinjiang. It was another high-quality enterprise introduced to the city this year. Fujian Xintong Technology Co., Ltd., located in the same Creation, Enterprise, Innovation Park as Moonx, has developed its own digital pre-distortion (DPD) chip with intellectual property rights within one year since its residence in the park. The company has applied for more than 40 patents, filling the domestic gap in this field. At present, the samples of first generation products, which are expected to be mass produced this year, have been sent to the downstream customers.
5月15日，国内无人驾驶领域领先企业牧月科技公司总部落地晋江，成为晋江引入的又一家优质企业。和牧月科技同在三创园区的福建信同科技有限公司，入驻还不到一年时间就研发出了自有知识产权数字预失真（DPD）芯片，申请专利达40多项，打破国内空白，目前第一代产品已经送样给下游客户，预计将在今年量产。

Jinjiang is committed to fostering the leading enterprises, building industry chains, and developing the industry clusters. A Further Wave of Going Public among Jinjiang Companies
晋江市再迎企业上市挂牌小高潮
According to the Jinjiang Financial Work Bureau, Haina Intelligent Equipment International Holdings Limited (hereafter referred to as Haina Machinery) is ready to be listed on the mainboard of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 3rd, making it Quanzhou’s first newly listed company for this year and the 47th listed company in Jinjiang. Previously, the other two local companies Zhengyang Technology Co., Ltd and Bohan Co., Ltd were listed on Haixia Equity Exchange.
日前，记者从晋江市金融工作局了解到，继正扬科技、博汉股份成功在海交所挂牌交易后，海纳智能装备国际控股有限公司（以下简称“海纳机械”）拟于6月3日在香港主板上市。上市后，海纳机械将成为泉州今年首家新增上市公司，也将是晋江市第47家上市企业。
Haina Machinery is to offer 116 million shares, including 90% for private sales and 10% for public offerings. The issue price will be 1.08 to 1.5 yuan per share, which means Haina Machinery will raise up to 174 million yuan at most. According to the company’s prospectus, 23.2% of the funds will be used in building a new research center in Jinjiang, 22.2% in enhancing research and development capacity, 16.2% in increasing productivity, 35.1% in acquisition to bolster its overall competitiveness and 3.3% for working capital and general corporate purposes.
此次，海纳机械拟发售1.16亿股，其中90%配售，10%公开发售。按照每股招股价为1.08元至1.5元计算，此次海纳机械上市最多可募资1.74亿元。对于此次募资用途，招股说明书显示，其中23.2%将用作中国晋江市设立新研究中心，约22.2%将用作提升研发实力，约16.2%将用作增强产能，35.1%将用作收购提升竞争力，3.3%将用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
Besides Haina Machinery, some other local companies are also preparing to go public, among which one has been approved by the CSRC for its applications for IPO, one under the IPO review procedures, two registered for pre-listing tutoring by the CSRC, three submitted and one preparing their IPO applications to Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd, and another one planning to enter the selected layer of the New Third Board.

The capital market in Jinjiang has always been operating very well. In order to utilize the capital market and to build more powerful companies, Jinjiang governments at all levels support the local companies’ restructuring and listing by providing comprehensive back-up services, such as policy interpretation, specialized training, coordination and communication, experts exchange forum, door-to-door guidance and capital connection, thus creating a pro-listing environment for local companies. Based on the principle of “considerate service and immediate action”, making full use of the task allocation scheme which has been practicing and improving for years, the government is able to provide excellent services to companies which show interest in going public, through initiatives including supportive policies, one company one solution scheme, coordination and following up.
一直以来，资本市场晋江板块有着不错的成绩，为支持企业改制上市利用资本市场做大做强，晋江市各级各有关单位落实市委、市政府关于“不叫不到，一叫就到，服务周到，说到做到”服务要求，发挥和创新多年来形成的分工机制，通过政策扶持、“一企一议”、协调、跟踪服务、凝聚合力、创建市场环境等措施加大对后备企业的扶持，为企业提供政策解读、专项培训、协调沟通、专家座谈、上门指导、融资对接，营造企业改制上市环境。
Currently, Jinjiang boasts 46 domestic and overseas listed companies, with IPO funds raised over 19.9 billion yuan and the total stock market value exceeding 300 billion yuan. The secondary financing amounts to over 50 billion yuan and the total amount of mergers and acquisitions exceeds 67 billion yuan. A total of 15 companies have been listed on the New Third Board, 5 companies on Haixia Equity Exchange, 200 on the Youth Board and 9 on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Haixia Equity Exchange.
据介绍，目前晋江市累计拥有境内外上市公司46家，首发融资金额约199亿元，证券市场总市值超3000亿元，再融资累计超500亿元，并购重组累计超670亿元，新三板累计挂牌15家，海交所累计挂牌交易5家，海交所青创板累计200家，海交所科创板9家。
