北京国安输了山东鲁能，好在北京球迷们依然热爱这支球队。我国首都比不了英国首都大伦敦(the Greater London)，有托特纳姆热刺(Tottenham Hotspur)等一共四支英格兰超级联赛俱乐部(English Premier League Clubs)。
在英国的很多公园里都会就有块小球场留给人们。市区以外，往往是二三十个足球场连成一片，隔不了多远就有几片。英国青少年们就是在这样的环境里踢球的。
大规模的青少年足球人才的培养(youth football development training)才是整个英国足球体系的核心。包括托特纳姆热刺在内的英超俱乐部的教练员(club’s football academy)都会被派往学校，每周给在校青少年上一节足球课。

Jaguar Land Rover China Children and Youth Dream Fund program launched the “Jaguar Football Campus Guangzhou, Delivered by Tottenham Hotspur” event in Guangzhou on Monday. Tottenham Hotspur has teamed up with Jaguar Land Rover China, the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation to deliver this youth football development program in Guangzhou.

来自中国宋庆龄基金会、捷豹路虎中国、本年度足球项目合作方广州市教育局和托特纳姆热刺足球俱乐部等相关领导嘉宾，以及包括青少年、媒体在内的300名爱心代表，在华南师范大学体育场欢聚一堂，围绕着“足球”进行了丰富多彩的对话和互动体验，共同见证了2016/17年度捷豹校园足球项目的正式启动。
The kick-off event at South China Normal University was attended by 300 guests, including 200 young football players. At the function, Jaguar Land Rover China, the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the Guangzhou Education Bureau, together announced a year-long program.

全新捷豹校园足球项目将采用“英超教练－体育老师－受益学生的模式”。在一年时间内，热刺队专业教练员将为广州番禺区的42所中小学校的体育老师进行三次系统的训练技能培训。
It will see members of the Tottenham Hotspur Global Coaching team provide 42 Guangzhou PE teachers intensive face-to-face training sessions throughout the year, with drills, tips and techniques they need to improve the skills of primary and middle school students in the city.
此外，热刺教练员还将和育老师将按照热刺专业教练员制定的培养计划，为超过6万名中小学生培训一年。
In addition, the Tottenham Hotspur Global Coaching Team will give guidance to 42 PE teachers on developing year long training plan to over 60,000 students.

今年11月，捷豹中英足球文化交流将第三度来袭。40名极具潜力的足球小将将作为梦想基金的逐梦小使者和传递文化与友好的外交小使者，前往英国，在热刺训练营展开一次纯粹的中英足球文化之旅。
Tottenham Hotspur will also play host to November’s Jaguar Sino-UK Football & Cultural Exchange by welcoming 40 talented children from across China to the UK for an intensive one-week football training course at the club’s world-class center.
42名基层体育老师正在接受热刺教练团队的培训
在和英国同伴一起接受专业训练的一周七天里，小球员不仅将接触到英超的足球理念，也将体验到涵盖足球技巧、营养健康、语言培训、文化体验、友谊赛等多个模块的专业培训，从理论到实践全面丰满自己的足球梦想。
During the trip, the children will also play football with their British peers, attend an international football match between rivals England and Scotland, and learn about British history, culture and values.

属于中国宋庆龄基金会捷豹路虎中国青少年梦想基金的捷豹中国青少年足球发展计划，是该基金成立后最早启动的公益项目之一。项目规划到2017年为期三年，计划将使超过8万名青少年从中受益。
As part of the Jaguar Land Rover China Children & Youth Dream Fund, Jaguar Youth Football Development Program is one of the fund’s earliest initiatives. The program will benefit more than 80,000 children over a three-year period until 2017.
2014年5月28日，由捷豹路虎中国与中国宋庆龄基金会携手设立的“捷豹路虎中国青少年梦想基金”在人民大会堂正式宣告成立，这也是中国汽车领域首个专注于青少年儿童成长与健康的公益基金。

The Jaguar Land Rover China Children & Youth Dream Fund, jointly initiated by Jaguar Land Rover China and the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, was launched on May 28, 2014, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. It is the first corporate social responsibility fund in the Chinese auto industry exclusively dedicated to helping children and youth.

Through the Dream Fund, Jaguar Land Rover China is investing 50 million yuan ($7.5m) over three years from 2014-2017 to support the growth and development of the next generation by way of four pillars: Sports for All, Road Safety, Talent Development and Social Care.
