Ⅰ 考试能力要求
依据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)规定的初中毕业生五级目标要求,确定英语学科考试内容。考生应在英语语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识等方面达到相应水平。对语言双基(语言基础知识、语言基本技能)的具体要求如下:
(1)语言知识
要求考生掌握并运用《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)五级要求规定的英语语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题(见课标)。学会使用1500~1600个左右的词汇,掌握基本词义和用法,以及在特定语境中的意义,并学会使用200~300个习惯用语和固定搭配。
(2)语言技能
● 听力
要求考生能听懂《课程标准》五级目标要求和教材提供的熟悉话题的句子、短对话、长对话及短文。考生应能:
1.能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图;
2.能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点;
3.能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意;
4.能听懂接近正常语速的故事和叙述,理解故事的因果关系;
5.能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应;
6.能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
● 阅读
要求考生能读懂相应水平的读物和报刊、杂志等一般性话题的简短文段,并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能:
1.能根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义;
2.能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系;
3.能找出文章中的主题,理解故事的情节,预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局,进行判断和推理;
4.能读懂常见体裁的阅读材料;
5.能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息;
6.理解作者的观点、意图和态度

要求考生能根据提示独立起草小作文。考生应能:
1.能根据写作要求,独立写作短文、短信等;
2.能简单描述人物或事件;
3.能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系,清楚连贯的传递信息,表达观点;

Ⅲ.考试形式及试卷结构 说明
1.考试形式:闭卷、笔试形式。考试限定用时为120分钟。试题按其难度分为容易、中等、难题,分值之比为6:3:1。

一、听力测试(共三节、满分25分)
第一节(共5小题;每小题1分,满分5分)
听句子。从每小题所给的A、B、C三个选项中,选出与所听句子内容相符的图片。听完每个句子后,你将有5秒钟的作答时间。每个句子读二遍。
说 明:本节共5个小题,每个题只设一个句子,每个句子听二遍。
例如:—Lucy likes music very much. She can play the piano.
三个选项后面的三幅图片可以是架子鼓、吉他、钢琴。
第二节(共15小题;每小题1分,满分15分)
听下面6段对话。每段对话后面有几个小题,从题后所给的A、B、C三个选项中选出最佳选项。听完每段对话后,你将有10秒钟的作答时间。每段对话读两遍。

说 明:本题选材来自课外,选材难易度适中,选材内容可适当考虑教育性、知识性、趣味性。在15个选题中,动词考查不少于4个,语境考查不少于2个,命题应遵循考点覆盖面广、考点密度适中、首尾句不设选项的原则。本题重点考查学生的语言知识运用和综合阅读理解能力。
四、综合阅读 (共两节;计32分)
第一节阅读理解(共12小题;每小题2分,满分24分)

说 明:
三篇阅读选择题的选材难易度适中,尽量让中等基础的学生能拿到80%左右的分数。选材的内容可适当考虑内容的教育性,知识性或趣味性。
阅读填表题,本题主要通过学生对语言材料信息的获取、分析和归纳,考查学生的综合语言运用能力。
五、补全对话 (满分l0分,每空2分)
根据对话内容,从方框内7个选项中选择5个恰当的句子完成对话,并将所选句子前的字母代号写在相应题号后。
说 明:改成七选五后,降低了题目的难度,但所选材料必须是新课标话题功能要求范围之内的话题,即所选话题贴近学生学习、生活的实际。
六、完成句子(共8小题,每小题1分,满分8分)
阅读下列各小题,根据汉语及句末括号内的单词提示,用相关的动词及短语完成句子(每空最多不超过四个词)
说 明:本题是对语言知识的识记能力和语言运用能力的考查。具体考查动词短语短语识记、词汇用法(动词的时态、语态)和句子结构的考查(惯用法、句型)。
七、书面表达 (共1小题,满分15分)
说 明:书面表达为15分,本题命题的话题应依照课标,选择贴近学生学习、生活实际以及学生熟悉的话题内容,字数为90词左右。
