Sport has always been valued as an indispensable part of the physical and mental growth of teenagers.
Tag rugby challenge, which was held recently by the secondary school, was a way of competing for the waistband and passing the rugby through team battles, bringing the ball to the scoring point to complete the game, which meant that participants must have the overall awareness and the tacit cooperation with teammates.
一直以来，体育运动作为青少年身心成长过程中不可或缺的一部分，始终受到我校重视，新冠疫情的出现，则更让全*运民**动、强健体魄的意识得以普及加深。
近期同文部举办的Tag rugby（带式橄榄球），即通过团队作战，争夺腰间系带并传递橄榄球的方式，将球带至得分点，以此完成比赛，这也就意味着参与者要有“眼观六路”的全局意识和与队友之间的默契配合。

为了让孩子们保证运动量，激发出他们对运动的热情，同时也能在紧张的课业之余得到放松，同文部体育组教师Tiago&João策划了多种多样的体育竞技类主题活动，旨在让同学们在挥洒汗水的过程中，感受到体能的变化，以及收获运动带来的协作配合、竞争共赢等诸多益处！
随着哨声响起，九、十年级的男孩女孩们按分组进行对决，他们或眼神示意“走位战术”，或三五夹击为队友创造机会，飒爽的身姿，矫健的身手及完美的攻防搭配，让现场的观众们都为之拍手称快！
女孩儿们一改往日的安静内敛，为了小组顺利赢下比赛而共同努力，男孩子们则拿出球场小将风范，赛场上你追我赶，争取荣誉！你完全想不到，如此精彩的挑战赛，是孩子们仅仅接触带式橄榄球这项新式运动一个月所呈现出的！
参赛的女孩儿们这样说道：
This is really the most exciting experience! In the past, most of us hardly liked sports, because our physical strength is very different compared with boys, so in the face of high-intensity sports, we will easily give up because we can’t really enjoy from it. The tag rugby challenge made us seem to have discovered a 'new world'! We can also confidently show ourselves on the court! In an instant, I started to like sports!
因为体力上的悬殊，所以很多时候，我们没办法真正 的 享受到运动带来的乐趣，但这次的挑战赛，仿佛让我发现了“新大陆”一样！这不仅仅能让我一扫学习上的压力，转换心情，更能改善以往“静止养生”的坏毛病所以一定要动起来啊！发现自己的隐藏技能，成为运动小达人！
男孩子们更表示：
The tag rugby challenge is a completely different experience from basketball and football. Which is no fierce confrontation, but it also requires us to learn how to cooperate with the partners and even understand the other's intentions with one look, so as to win on the court!
这是一项和篮球，足球完全不同的全新体验，没有任何激烈的对抗，但也需要我们学会如何和队员之间配合，甚至一个眼神就能理解对方的意图，这样才能在赛场上赢得胜利！

Tag Rugby, with over a month’s practical classes, was included in the curriculum program of grades 9 and 10. The Department of Physical Education organized a competition between the two grades, divided again by female and male teams. The games ran fantastically, with emotion and competitiveness inherent to the age range of the participating athletes, as well as the audience present, including parents, colleagues and teachers. I’m happy to highlight the help of everyone involved, who showed sportsmanship, joy and cooperation. We did justice to the real Rugby games. Rugby is practiced by great athletes with high moral values, similar to those we defend in our school. It was another great Sports Day at PKUES(JX).
