Paper Cutting Art Workshop: Cut A Lucky Monkey!
传统剪纸手艺人张师傅教大家如何剪出一只可爱、俏皮又细致的小猴子！当然，还会教大家如何来剪最基本、最不可或缺的“双喜”。
Traditional Chinese papercutting artist Mr. Zhang will teach us how to cut an intricate and lively lucky monkey for the New Years! And of course, you will also learn the technique of cutting the classic 'Double Happiness' shape.
关于张永红师傅
About Mr. Zhang Yonghong
出生于山西，南锣鼓巷传统艺术家因为先天的疾病(成骨不全症，俗称脆骨病)，自小就开始向祖父学习剪纸的艺术。尽管全身有将近100处的骨折，他的手仍然能剪出极其美而细致的花纹和图案。正因为疾病，张师傅发明了一个特殊的剪纸技术来让他剪出非常复杂、细微地有如毛发般的图案。他至今最有名的作品包括一张长达8米的《清明上河图》，完全由一张纸完成。他希望能够将此工艺继续传承给更多的人。
Originally from a rural village in Shaanxi Province , this Nanluoguxiang local artisan, learned the art of papercutting from his grandparents when he was no longer able to attend school because of the effects of the genetic disease Osteogenesis Imperfecta, commonly known as brittle bone disease. He has suffered over 100 fractures and his arms and legs are not able to bear weight but his hands are still able to produce intricate papercuts. Due to his disease, he invented methods of paper cutting that are fine enough to represent details as intricate as hairs. His finest work to date is an eight-meter long “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”, all carved out of one single piece of paper. His hope is to share his craft with future generations.

过年习俗一起包饺子不可少，由农夫市集资深农场——远谷庄园——提供黑猪肉、生态面粉和的面团、菜和酱料。参赛者将分为4组，共同拌馅儿，擀面皮，看1小时之内，谁包的饺子最多，最好吃！
Dumpling-making is a traditional Chinese family Spring Festival ritual.Farm to Neighbors' long-time partner,Yuangu Valley Farm will be providing their free-range pork, organically-grown flour, veggies and ingredients to make dumplings! You will join a team of 5 people, together you will create your own dumpling filling and skin. We will count who makes the most dumplings within an hour, and who's the most tasty!
为了让包饺子环节更刺激，我们邀请了绿盒子蒸饺的两名师傅，一起跟大家来比划比划！看看，5人一组的老百姓，跟2人一组专业的饺子师傅，谁更厉害？欢迎来挑战！

As the first mover of sharing economy in the catering industry in China, Home-Cook fulfilled the demand for healthy daily meals and offered opportunities for the home cookers to share their cooking, while making secondary income. Based on the geographical location, you can order and enjoy the convenient, healthy and trustful meals via express delivery, self-picking or even dinning at the cooker’s home. Thus, the relationship of the community is improved and a new life-style is created. So far “Hui Jia Chi Fan” app has launched business in five cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.

Farm to Neighbors is a farmers' market founded and organized by Erica Huang from Taiwan. After struggling with severe skin issues after living and working in Beijing for two years, she decided to take matters into her own hands to eat healthy by seeking out local organic farm produce and traditional hand-made foods. Farm to Neighbors was created to serve the community by creating better access to quality foods and connecting local producers directly to consumers.
