微软公司开发的Xbox360游戏设备中的kinect虚拟训练设备可以由身体部位对画面中的游戏进行操作,是一种虚拟现实技术,可为脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的患者提供康复训练。中国中山大学附属第一医院鲍晓博士等所在课题组进行的一项关于“Mechanism of Kinect-based virtual reality training for motor functional recovery of upper limbs after subacute stroke”的研究证实,Kinect虚拟训练可促进亚急性期脑梗死患者偏瘫上肢运动功能的恢复,其脑神经元的功能重构主要发生于感觉运动皮质区。作者认为,实验明确了kinect虚拟训练方法对脑卒中患者脑靶点作用的区域,初步解释了Kinect虚拟训练促进脑卒中患者上肢运动功能恢复的机制。文章发表在《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》2013年11月第31期杂志上。
