Overseastalent with experience in overseas work, study and start-upbusinesses.2.具有海外工作、学习和创业经验的海外人才。3.Thosewho have postdoctoral research work experience, or have apostgraduate degree in general higher education in universities andscientific research institutes (including military researchinstitutes) and have obtained a doctorate, or have a postgraduatedegree of top 300 universities in the world and have obtained amaster's degree or above, or have an undergraduate degree of top 200universities in the world and have obtained a bachelor's degree orabove.3.具有博士后研究工作经验，或具有大学、科研院所（含军事研究所）普通高等教育研究生学历并取得博士学位，或具有世界前300名大学研究生学历且取得硕士以上学位的，或拥有世界前200所大学的本科学历，并取得学士及以上学历。4.
