A：What are your weakness?
B：I'm sometimes slower in completing my task compare to other people because I really want to get things perfect. I will double or sometimes triple-check my documents and files to make sure everything is accurate.
有时候我任务会完成得比别人慢，因为我太追求完美了。有的时候我甚至会检查好几次文件，确保所有信息都是正确的。
TOP 2 What are your strengths? 你有什么优点？
A：What are your strengths?
B： Well, I'm proactive when I think about things. I take the initiative and do it. I like to see results and it's important in this industry to be proactive and be responsible for your own actions, I think.

B：Yes , I worked as a marketing director for 2 years in Big Brothers Corporations with lots of experience in analyzing consumer data writing ad copies and social media post. I think I'm a good fit for this job as a social media specialist.

B：Well, I can bring three things to the table that most candidates can't offer. Like problem-solving abilities that I've used to improve campaign performances，in-depth knowledge of social media strategy and previous experience with email marketing.

B：I consider myself to be a team-player. I like to work with other people. And I find that it's much easier to achieve something when everyone works together and communicates well.
