I.Application conditions
一、申请条件
1.The validity of the foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Cardexpires;
1.《外国人永久居留身份证》有效期届满；
2.The contents of the foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Card arechanged;
2.《外国人永久居留身份证》内容变更；
3.The foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Card is damaged or lost.
3.《外国人永久居留身份证》损坏或遗失。

二、申请材料
1.Fill in the Application Form for Foreigners to Renew or ReissuePermanent Residence Certificates; (Filled in at the acceptance site)
1.填写《外国人换发或者补发永久居留证件申请表》；（受理现场填写）
2.8 photos with the same standard as Chinese citizens applying forpassports;
2.与中国公民申请护照同等标准的相片8张；
3.The applicant's valid passport;
3.申请人有效护照；
4.The applicant's written application (Chinese version, self-drafted,including personal resume, application reasons, family situation,work situation, etc.);
4.申请人的书面申请书（中文版、自拟，内容含个人简历、申请事由、家庭情况、工作情况等）；
5.Submit other supporting materials consistent with the application:
5.提交与申请事由相符的其它证明材料：
(1)Those who meet the requirements of Condition 1 shall submit theforeigner Permanent Residence Identity Card which expires;
(1)符合条件1的，提交有效期届满的《外国人永久居留身份证》；
(2)For those who meet Condition 2, submit the foreigner PermanentResidence Identity Card and relevant information before and after thechange;
(2)符合条件2的，提交《外国人永久居留身份证》及相关信息变更前后的证明；
(3)If condition 3 is met, submit the loss report certificate or lossstatement issued by the public security organ;
(3)符合条件3的，提交公安机关出具的报失证明或遗失说明；
III.Other matters
三、其它事项
1.It shall be handled by the applicant in person;
1.须申请人亲自办理；
2.The original of the above application materials shall be verified andfour copies (A4 paper copy) shall be submitted;
2.上述申请材料均须核验原件，提交复印件一式四份（A4纸复印）；
3.If the relevant certificate or notarization is issued by a foreigncompetent authority, it must be authenticated by the Chinese embassyand consulate in that country, and the Chinese translation issued bya domestic qualified translation agency must be submitted;
3.相关证明或公证如属外国主管部门出具的，须经中国驻该国使领馆认证，并提交国内有翻译资质机构出具的中文翻译件；
4.If the entry-exit administrative agency of the public security organnotifies the applicant, the relevant unit or individual to interviewor request to submit other supplementary materials, and fails toaccept the interview or submit the materials within the agreed time,except for the reasons of force majeure, the acceptance shall berevoked.
4.公安机关出入境管理机构通知申请人、有关单位、个人面谈或者要求提交其他补充材料，除不可抗力的原因外，未在约定时间内接受面谈或提交材料的，予以撤销受理。
