六步教你学会如何使用

1、打开电源开关,按语音提示操作。

2、贴放电极片:按照电极片上的图示将电极片紧贴于患者裸露的皮肤上。一片电极片贴在胸骨右缘、锁骨之下,另一片电极片贴在左乳头外侧(左腋前线之后第五肋间处)。

3、AED分析心律:确保所有人不得接触患者,救护员应大声呼喊提示“请不要接触患者”

4、电击除颤:如果AED建议除颤,需再次确认所有人均未接触患者。待AED充电完成后,按下“电击”按钮放电(半自动AED)或AED自动放电除颤。

5、除颤后继续进行心肺复苏,实施CPR两分钟后AED再次自动分析心律。

6、如果AED提示不需要电击除颤,应立即实施CPR。
