- hit 这个是很常见的表达“袭击、来袭”的动词，某地发生地震、海啸等可以是earthquake/tsunami hits some place., 或者some place is hit by earthquakes/tsunami.
- strike 和hit一样也是常用动词，可以：Taiwan is struck by earthquake 或者earthquake strikes Taiwan
- rattle 原义是“（使）发出震颤或碰撞的声音”，可以很形象形容地震来袭时候的场景。直接用powerful earthquakes rattle some place
