1. When the entry-exit administration of the public security authorities deems it necessary, it may request the applicant to interview or submit other supporting documents. An application for a stay visa that fails to provide the required information within the prescribed time will be rejected.

2. The validity of the receipt of an application for a stay permit is generally no more than seven working days from the date of acceptance. Therefore, foreigners who need to apply for a stay visa must allow time for processing in advance so as to avoid illegal stay due to inability to connect their status.
2.停留证件申请的受理回执有效期自受理之日起一般不超过7个工作日。所以需要办理停留签证的外籍人士一定要提前预留好办理时间，以免身份无法衔接导致非法滞留。
