看到黄灿灿圆溜溜膨胀的漂亮*果麻**,就想起我们永新流传一段关于地方特色话的精典茶余饭后调侃笑料。

话说是西乡文竹一儿子带母亲去永新县城玩,母亲饿得前胸贴后背,儿子看到街头卖*果麻**,就买了几个给母亲吃,母亲吃后,回来和人闲聊第一次去县城的感受,一边比划一边说:

鹅给姑拿兄斯兄埋个,带鹅切散令歇,吐几里,e秋e呢银,糟斯个买里几个*果麻**,累累之圆令,真个好看来,蛮太个,哪个晓得,嗷一口吐里什烘个!散令估也卖*果麻**个估见什哄呢银冇填命啦!

(翻译):我家仔带我去县城玩,肚子饿了,饿S人,儿子买了几个*果麻**,圆溜溜真的好看,很大一个,谁知一口咬下去,里面是空的,县城这些卖*果麻**的真是太哄人坑人!

金色年华——南瓜*果麻**(南瓜芝麻球、南瓜麻圆),用别样的色香味演绎平凡生活中的精彩。

南瓜洗净切成薄片,放大碗里,盖上保鲜膜,用牙签在保鲜膜上扎几个洞,把南瓜放蒸锅里隔水蒸熟。

把蒸熟的南瓜取出,放点盐,适量白糖,捣烂成南瓜泥。(白糖量随自己喜好添加)

趁热往南瓜泥里一点一点加入糯米粉,搅拌成絮状,再加点酵母粉,揉成软绵光滑的南瓜糯面团。盖上保鲜膜醒让面团醒发15一20分钟。

醒发后的面团再揉软,揪分成小剂子,搓成圆球。(遗憾,这次没有豆沙了,如果包上豆沙馅,成品*果麻**会更甜糯怡口。)

将圆球沾点水,放到裝芝麻的深盘中滚一下,粘满芝麻,再手搓圆,做成圆溜溜的麻球。把麻球生坯平摆放好,待煎。

炒菜锅里倒多点油,点火,油温到五六成热时,将麻球从锅边逐个滑入温油里,中旺火稍煎,不要翻动。
