It's funny because when you look at some of their teamspeak Uzi often jokingly tells his team to die for him if possible and Ming says alright alright I'll jump in front of you & take the hit for you. A man of his words, that Ming.

I'm super impressed with Ming too. The dude does not give a single *ucfk** if he dies as long as it carves out more gold for Uzi. There are playmaking supports, and standard supports but I'm not sure if I've ever seen one play with this much focus on self sacrifice. You can tell the entire RNG team has total faith in Uzi and his ability to turn gold leads into wins.

The gap wasn't big to begin with. RNG 2-0d SSG in groups and took SKT to 5 games in semis. RNG was not far behind last year and is not far behind this year. What changed is iG who unfortunately did not get to come to this tournament.

Obviously it's all speculation, and RNG seem to have stepped it up a lot since their series vs. iG, but if iG with TheShy were truly at another level, I wonder how this tournament would have gone with them here at full force instead. That said, as someone who has followed Uzi religiously since Season 3 Worlds, I'm very happy with how RNG have done.
