煤化工项目的4C因素
基于过去十多年的实际经验分享一下对煤化工的认识：
1.煤炭资源将长期在中国一次能源消费结构中处于主体能源的地位；
2.煤炭的清洁高效利用是中国能源行业最重大的议题；
3.煤炭作为化工原料是我国石油化工原料的有益补充，但考虑其高碳特点，应该与天然气化工、石油化工和发电统筹考虑；
4.煤炭气化技术要重点考虑能效和环保，不能受短期投资压力而选择影响长远利益的技术；
5.煤化工既然是石油化工路线的补充，从经济效益考虑，应优先发展煤制烯烃和煤制合成氨等项目，从我国煤化工的发展过程看，煤制气是最后启动的项目，这不不是因为其技术不成熟，而是效益不好。
总结：煤化工受4个C影响：高额资本支出（high Capex），高碳排放（high CO2 emissions），原油价格（Crude price）和煤炭价格（Coal price）。

Four Cs in New Coal Chemical Projects
I’d like to share some opinions about coal chemical industry based on my practical experiences of past ten years:
1.Coal will remain as a major part in China’s primary energy consumption mix in the long run.
2.The clean and efficient utilization of coal is the biggest issue in China’s energy industry.
3.As one kind of chemical feedstock, coal is a favorable supplement to China’s petrochemical feedstock. However, it should be developed in coordination with natural gas chemicals, petrochemicals and power generation given its high carbon content.
4.Energy efficiency and environment protection need to be considered seriously in coal gasification technologies, the industry participants should not choose technology that affects long-term interests under the short-term investment pressure.
5.Since coal chemical industry is a supplement of petrochemical industry, the development of projects such as coal to olefins and coal to ammonia should be given priority considering the economic effects, coal to gas should be kicked off at last due to the premature technology and low economic effect.
Generally, coal chemical industry is influenced by 4 Cs, high Capex, high CO2 emissions, Crude price and Coal price.
