此前我们讲过一次防守位的衣领绞,今天我们要讲的是膝顶胃位置的衣领绞。
从侧控位开始,右膝盖抬起顶住对手的胃部,左腿弓步站起。(如果左腿不站起,那么身体的重量就压在地板上了,右膝盖并没有给对手造成压力)右手抓住对手的胯部,左手抓对手的肩膀,控制住对手。
左手拉开对手的衣领,右手伸过去抓住,四指在内,大拇指在外。左手交叉过去,紧贴对手的脖子抓对手的衣领。(如果对手的衣领是开着的,左手可以伸进去,但是一般情况下不是开着的,另外注意左手不要抓对手外侧肩膀,一定要抓紧贴着脖子的肩膀)
接下来,右手肘朝向自己的胸腔,头部下沉去贴近对手的脸,向下施加力量,直到对手拍垫认输。
