宝宝天生活泼好动,尽管日常生活中妈妈们对宝宝百般呵护,但磕磕碰碰很难避免。受伤的种类很多,疼痛的方式也各有不同。有时候,宝宝受伤或生病,感觉很难受,但却不知道怎么表达。这也阻碍了我们及时给宝宝治疗。本文中,我们总结了生活中比较常见的受伤和疼痛的英文。读完之后,妈妈们就可以教宝宝准确的表达自己哪儿难受,怎么难受了。
Different Kinds of Injuries and Pain
各种伤和疼痛
1. Hurt 受伤的统一说法
Baby, please don’t jump on the sofa. If you fall off, you could really hurt your knees.
宝贝,别在沙发上跳。要是从上面掉下来,你会伤到膝盖的。
2. Burn 烫伤
Baby, please don’t play in the kitchen while I’m cooking. The stove is extremely hot. If you touch it, you could burn yourself.
宝贝,我做饭的时候别在厨房里玩儿。灶台很热。如果摸到它会烫着你的。

3. Cut 划伤
Be very careful when you use the scissors. You don't want to cut your fingers.
用剪刀的时候要格外的小心,千万别剪到手指。
4. Bump 撞(头等)
When you are in your crib, be careful and don’t bump your head against the barrier.
在你的小床里的时候,小心别把脑袋磕栅栏上。

5. Slam 砸
After you finish playing the piano, close the cover slowly. You don’t want to slam the cover on your fingers.
弹完钢琴之后,要慢慢合上琴盖。小心别被琴盖砸到手指。
6. Pull 拉伤,Sprain扭伤
Always remember to warm up before exercises. Otherwise you could pull your muscles or sprain your ankles.
运动之前一定记得热身。不然容易肌肉拉伤或者扭到脚踝。

7. Prick 扎破
Don’t play with the needle and thread. You might prick your finger.
不要玩针线。该扎手了。
8. Bruise 磕青了(紫了)
Oh baby, how come you have bruises [bruz] on your knees and elbows? Did you fell off your bike?
宝贝,你的膝盖和胳膊肘怎么青了?从自行车上摔下来了吗?

9. Break 磕破
Are you feeling OK after that fall? Let mummy check. Do you feel any pain anywhere? You are ok, you didn't break anything.
摔了个跟头没事儿吧?让妈妈看看。你觉得哪儿疼吗?没事儿,哪儿都没磕破。
10. Bleed 流血
Your nose is bleeding. Let me get you some tissues to help clot it.
你流鼻血了。我给你拿点儿纸巾来帮助止血。

11. Numb 麻
Don’t be afraid. This won’t hurt. Your finger might be a bit numb, that’s all.
别害怕。不会疼的,你的手指只会感觉有点儿麻,好了。
12. Swollen 肿
You have a toothache? Come let mummy see. Open your month wide. Oh no, your gums are swollen ['swolən].
你牙疼吗?过来让妈妈看看,张大嘴。噢,你牙床肿了。
13. Cramp vs. Sharp Pain 绞痛还是锐痛
Baby, you look pale. Do you have stomachache? Let mummy check. Is it a cramp or a sharp pain? Are you nauseous ['nɔʃəs]?
宝贝,你脸色看起来不太好。肚子疼吗?让妈妈看看。是拧着疼还是剧烈的疼?觉得恶心吗?

14. Throbbing Paine vs. Dull Pain 阵痛还是隐隐作痛
Is your head not feeling well? Can you tell me about the pain? Are you feeling dizzy? Is it a throbbing ['θrɒbɪŋ] pain or a dull pain?
你的头感觉不舒服吗?能告诉我是哪种疼吗?觉得头晕吗?一跳一跳的疼还是隐隐的疼?
15. Hoarse (嗓子)哑
Your voice sounds a bit hoarse [hɔrs]. You probably caught a cold.
你的声音有点儿哑。你可能是感冒了。

16. Itchy vs. Owie /ˈaʊwiː/ 痒还是疼
Is your throat itchy or owie? Do you feel a lot of phlegm [flɛm] ?
你感觉嗓子痒还是疼?感觉有好多痰吗?
17. Sore 酸疼
Mummy has been working in front of the computer for too long. Now my back is sore. Can you help mummy rub it to relive the back muscles?
妈妈在电脑前工作了好长时间,现在背有点儿酸。你能帮妈妈揉一揉,放松一下后背的肌肉吗?

18. Splinter 刺
There is a splinter ['splɪntɚ] in your finger. Let mummy use a tweezer to pinch it out.
你手指扎了个刺。让妈妈拿镊子把它夹出来。
19. Bump 包
Oh, there’s a bump on your forehead. Let mummy gently blow on it to make it better. Don’t cry baby. You are a brave child.
哦,你额头上肿了个包。妈妈来给你轻轻吹吹,会好一点儿。宝贝别哭,你是个勇敢的孩子。
20. Canker Sore 口疮
You have a (canker ['kæŋkɚ] ) sore [sɔr]. Please eat more fruits and put on ointment ['ɔɪntmənt] to heal quickly.
你长了个口疮。你应该多吃点儿水果再抹点儿药,这样好得快。

21. Different ways for children to express pain
孩子表达疼痛的几种方式(就说一个词就可以了,相当于咱们的“嗷”)
1) Ouch /ˈaʊtʃ/
2) Owie /ˈaʊwiː/,如果是大人,就会说Ow
