【摘要】 目的：探讨他达拉非对Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍的治疗价值。方法：选择符合美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）诊断标准的伴有性功能障碍的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者210例，随机分组对照研究。对照组70例，抗生素等常规治疗；干预组分为2组，第一组70例，口服他达拉非治疗；第二组70例，口服复方玄驹胶囊治疗。应用慢性前列腺炎症状指数（CPSI）评分、前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍评分表（PSFI）评分和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分进行治疗前后的结果分析。结果： 前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍与前列腺炎症状程度无相关性。治疗后他达拉非及复方玄驹胶囊干预组前列腺炎症状及性功能改善程度明显优于对照组
（P＜0.01）， 且两干预组间对比，他达拉非组明显好于复方玄驹组，差异也有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）；焦虑评分值干预组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论： 他达拉非和复方玄驹胶囊可以明显改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍及与之相关的其他症状，并且可以改善伴随的焦虑症状，他达拉非的疗效更好。

Study on treatment of prostatitis –related sexual dysfunction by Tadalafil

【 Abstract 】 Objective:To investigate the value of Tadalafil in the treatment of prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction. Methods: Two hundred and ten type
Ⅲ chronic prostatitis patients with sexual dysfunction diagnosed by NIH clinical criteria were randomly divided into two groups including the experiment group treated with Tadalafil or Fufangxuanju Capsule and the control group treated with antibiotics or α-receptor blocker. The chronic prostatitis symptoms index(CPSI score), sexual dysfunction symptoms index(PSFI score) and anxiety symptoms index(SAS score) of all treated patients before treatment and after treatment were comparatively analyzed. Results: The degree of prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction was not correlated with that of prostatitis symptoms. The prostatitis symptoms and sexual function of patients in the experiment group were improved after the treatment of Tadalafil or Fufangxuanju compared with that of the control group(P﹤0.01), and the effect of Tadalafil group was better than the Fufangxuanju
(P﹤0.05) . The anxiety score after the treatment of the intervene group was significantly lower than that of the control(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Tadalafil and Fufangxuanju Capsule not only improved prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction, but also alleviated the symptoms of prostatitis type Ⅲ and anxiety, and the effect of Tadalafil was better.

慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征（chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes, CP/CPPS, Ⅲ型前列腺炎）是泌尿男科门诊最常见的疾病之一，也是前列腺炎中最常见的类型，约占慢性前列腺炎的90%以上。Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者，除了自身症状外，一部分病人常被伴发的性功能障碍所困扰，2006年的一项调查显示，慢性前列腺炎患者中*泄早**的发病率高达40.2%，勃起功能障碍的发病率也达到15.8%[1]。
