是的，我是第一次来鉴湖。我对这里的第一印象，就是鉴湖实在太美了，这里的景色令人非常动容。今天调研过程也非常有趣，上午还是烈日炎炎，下午却开始下雨，这样的天气恰巧也让我体验到了鉴湖不同的“表情”——上午是明媚亮丽的景色，到了午后下雨时，又别有一番风味。这样的对比之美能让人感觉到历史的沉淀，也让人看到鉴湖的另外一面和更多的特色。
Yes, this is my first time here. My first impression of this place was that Jianhu is absolutely beautiful. The scenery here is quite impressive. Today's site survey was also very interesting. It was still hot in the morning, but it began to rain in the afternoon. The weather here allowed me to experience different "expressions" of Jianhu. It showed me bright and beautiful scenery in the morning, and it rained in the afternoon, which was quite special. The beauty of such contrast can make me feel the time-honored history, as well as the other side features of Jianhu.

您和团队对于入围本次竞赛六强有何感受？
How do you and your team feel about being shortlisted for this competition?

首先，我感到非常荣幸，也非常开心，我们整个团队得知入围后都非常地激动。这次是笛东和DE-SO组成了参赛联合体，跟今天在场的其他联合体相比，我们还需要克服另一个比较特殊的困难——因为DE-SO没有在中国设置分支机构，所以我们几乎只能是通过线上交流来完成合作，此外还要克服时差等各种客观问题。因此，我们这个联合体在团队配合过程中要付出更多的精力，也相对更加辛苦一些。所以得知入围的消息之后，我们团队的每个成员都显得格外激动和开心。
First of all, I am very honored, and our team is very excited to be shortlisted. This time, we joined hands with DE-SO as a consortium. Compared to the other consortiums here today, we had to overcome another special obstacle—since DE-SO does not have any branch in China, we had to collaborate almost only through online communication, and we also had to overcome objective conditions such as time lag. Therefore, we had to devote greater efforts and work harder as one team. That's why every one of our team was very excited and happy when we learned the news of being shortlisted.

您怎样理解这次竞赛的「超 · 越」主题呢？
How do you understand “Beyond YUE”, the theme of this competition?

“超 · 越”这个概念是一语双关的，它对于我们团队的概念提案起到了一个非常好的指引作用——这不光是对文化的超越，也是对现有生态环境以及未来产业发展超越与创新，其中创新这个要素对于我们的规划设计产生了比较大的影响。我们在概念提案当中也多方面、多层级地体现了创新思路。
In fact, the concept of "Beyond YUE" is a pun, which serves as a great guideline for our team's concept proposal, not only for the transcendence of culture but also for the transcendence and innovation of the existing ecological environment and future industrial development. Therefore, the idea of innovation had quite a big impact on our overall planning and design. In our concept proposal, we have demonstrated some innovative ideas in many aspects and levels.

Finally, could you talk about the core concept of your proposal？

我们本次概念提案的主旨是按照优秀的策划及任务书的引导来构思的，在提案中，我们用三个维度去考虑了整个规划设计的动态过程——历史、当下和未来。
The main idea of our concept proposal was also developed following the guidance of the superb mission statement. In our proposal, we considered the entire dynamic process of planning and design in three dimensions—the present, the past, and the future.
我们今天在实地踏勘时看到了当下的一些现状和问题。我们能看到当下其实存在一些困境，比如疫情对风景区和旅游业带来了一系列的影响。那么，我们应该思考需要通过什么样的创新手法去减轻、克服这些消极影响，让鉴湖地区更加具有活力，更有可持续发展运营的潜力。
We figured out some of the current situation and problems on today's site survey. We found that there are some dilemmas at the moment, such as the COVID-19 pandemic has brought a series of impacts on the scenic area and tourism. We have been thinking about what innovative approaches we should adopt to mitigate and overcome these negative impacts so that the Jianhu area could be more energetic with potential for sustainable operations.
此外，我们还要考虑到在历史中留存下来的传统文化，我们会通过何种创新的方式将它激活。这是我们从历史维度作出的思考。
In addition, we will also take into account the traditional culture that is well-preserved throughout history. We will focus on the breakthrough of how to activate such a culture with innovative approaches. So, these are our ideas from the dimension of the past.
而对于未来这个层面，其实我们希望它能面对更多的新需求，也就是“新鉴湖人”的需求——对文化的认同的需求、对个人发展的需求、对城市品质的需求等等。我们的提案将通过这些方面来综合思考未来的鉴湖到底应该呈现出何种新盛景。
For the future, we hope that it will address more emerging needs, namely the needs of our new Jianhu citizens—the needs for cultural identity, personal development, urban quality, and so on. Our proposal will integrate these aspects to consider what kind of revival the future Jianhu should present.
总结来说，我们的提案更多的是运用了一种跨越式的、多维度的思考方式，谢谢。
