一、历史介绍:(History Introduction)
Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province, is located in the middle of China, about 760 km south of Beijing. It is also the Chinese important interior open city and the historical city.
Henan Province is the original of Chinese Culture，we have 2 most popular and oldest city here, one is Luoyang, 13 dynasty ancient capital, more than 4000 years history, another is Kaifeng, 7 dynasty ancient capital ,2755 years history. Zhengzhou is also an ancient city with 3500 years old.
郑州是河南省省会，位于中国中部，距北京约760公里。它也是中国重要的内陆开放城市和历史名城。
河南省是中国文化的发源地，这里有两个最受欢迎的城市，一个是十三朝古都洛阳,具有4000多年历史，另一个是七朝古都开封，具有2755年历史。郑州也是一座历史名城，具有3500年历史。
二、地理+饮食介绍:(Geography + Food Introduction)
Population：Zhengzhou has a population of 1,282W, and Henan Province has a population of 100 million, ranking first in China.
Geography：Henan is located in the middle of China，almost all plains. There are almost no mountains or seas, but there is relatively much plain land, it is suitable for planting.
Food：Our main crops are wheat, corn, soybeans, etc. Because there is a lot of wheat grown in Henan Province, we all like to eat pasta made from flour, such as noodles, dumplings, etc. We have a variety of noodles, braised noodles, shaved noodles, Tomato sauce noodles, multi-grain noodles, soy pot noodles, etc, more than 20 different kinds. Henan is relatively cold in winter, so the flavor of us a little strong, we like to salty and spicy food.
人口：郑州有1282W人，河南省具有1亿人口，在中国人口中排名第一。
地理：河南在中国的最中间的位置，几乎都是平原，几乎没有什么山或者海之类的，但是平原土地比较多，所以适合种植。我们主要种植作物是小麦，玉米，大豆等。
饮食：因为种植小麦比较多，所以我们河南省都是喜欢吃面食，例如面点，饺子等。我们有各种各样的面条，烩面，刀削面,茄汁面，咋两面等20多个种类。河南冬季比较冷，所以我们这边吃饭口味偏重,我们吃饭口味偏咸，偏辣。
三、旅游景点tourist attractions
景点一：登封少林寺Shaolin Temple (Dengfeng)
Located at the west foot of Mount Songshan, it is near to us, around 78 kilometers(2Hours) Shaolin Temple was built 2500 years ago, It is a World-famous Cultural Heritage Site, origin of Buddhism, this place is famous for Chinese kungfu and medication. It has over 700 series of movements for Kungfu, it is distinctive as integration of martial art and Buddhist principles. It is known as “Martial Art Zen Buddhism”.
位于嵩山西麓，距离我们很近，约78公里（2小时）少林寺建于2500年前，是世界著名的文化遗产，佛教的发源地，这个地方以中国功夫闻名和药物。其武术动作有700多个系列，以武术与佛理相结合为特色。被誉为“武术禅宗”。
景点二：郑州博物馆（Zhengzhou Museum）
Zhengzhou Museum, with a building area of 14,206 square meters, was established in 1928. This museum has a rich collection of more than 170,000 items. There are 20 types of collections, involving stoneware, pottery, porcelain, bronze, calligraphy and painting, etc. The stoneware collections range from 10,000 to 4,000 years ago. 景点三：龙门石窟（ Longmen Grottoes）
The Longmen Grottoes, which line the banks of the Yihe River to the south of the ancient capital of Luoyang, constitute an extremely important part of the Chinese art of stone carving and a glorious chapter in world stone carving. It has more than 1500 years history. More than 110,000 Buddha statues.The largest Buddha statue in the Longmen Grottoes is the Lucena Buddha. It was carved in the image of Wu Zetian. It was created in 1400 years ago. It is 17 meters high, head is 4 meters high, with ears are 1.9 meters long. It is the Buddha statue with the highest artistic level, the strictest overall design and the largest scale in the Longmen Grottoes.
龙门石窟位于古都洛阳以南的伊河南岸，构成了中国石刻艺术极其重要的组成部分，也是世界石刻的辉煌篇章。已有1500多年的历史。佛像11万多尊。龙门石窟最大的佛像是卢塞纳大佛。它是按照武则天的形象雕刻的。创建于1400年前, 高17米，头高4米，耳朵长1.9米。是龙门石窟中艺术水平最高、总体设计最严格、规模最大的佛像。
