With the development of the society, we become more and more clear that no matter extroversion or introversion, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, as long as we find our own shining point, we can create achievements.

随着社会的发展，我们越来越明确，无论外向性格也好，内向性格也罢，各有优劣势，只要我们找到属于自己发光发亮的点，就可以创造出成就。

but for most of us, we change all the time. Sometimes we extrovert; sometimes we are introvert. And maybe sometimes more like the ambivert.

Ambiverts tend to be passive in conversation, but will join in when addressed (对...讲话) or a subject they like comes up.
