01作者介绍。刘晓明大使大家应该不陌生，他被派驻英国多年，能说一口流利地道的英国英语。此外，他还经常在报刊发表署名文章，有时候也会参加一些电视节目，代表中国政府官方声音，对一些言论进行阐明和驳斥。他的文章有一种特点，感觉像先写好英文或中文，然后再用另外一种语言进行改写，而不是字字对译。因此如果时常关注他的话，不仅可以了解时事热点，还可以学习地道的翻译。
02 分析。这篇材料有不少亮点，主要是地道表达中国传统文化和时事英语。英译汉的话，信息密度还是挺高的，而且表达都很地道，对译者能力要求高。因为没有找到录音，所以我就读了英文。
