包容:多元共存,实时推动更具人性化的工作制度目前93%的德勤中国员工都是80后、90后乃至00后。"当年轻一代成为我们的公司主力,如何让年长的高层保持年轻化的思维方式、推行与时俱进的决策就显得尤为重要。""女性领导力" 议题为例,该议题的提出,是为了确保占德勤60%比例的女性员工能够拥有和男性一样的晋升机会,保护她们同工同酬的权力,更在包括招聘、晋升、绩效考核等各个人才管理周期里确立标准,力争为女性员工提供平等的机会。在多种方案的监管下,目前德勤中国700多人的合伙人当中,有33%是女性,远超德勤其他国家地区。
