你好呀，我是来自加拿大的雅思外教Mac。今天，给大家带来按话题分类的 雅思必备加分词汇 -- Personality 。
- to be the life and soul of the party : a fun person, someone who is the center of activity 社交活跃分子
- to bend over backwards : to try very hard to help someone 竭尽全力（帮助某人）
- broad-minded : prepared to accept other views or behaviors 心胸开广
- easy-going : relaxed and not easily worried about anything 随和的
- extrovert : an energetic person who likes the company of others 性格外向
- fair-minded : to treat people equally 公正的；不偏不倚的
- fun-loving : to enjoy having fun 喜欢开心；爱找乐子
- to hide one’s light under a bushel : to hide one’s talents and skills 不露锋芒
- good company : enjoyable to socialize with 好相处的人；风趣的人
- good sense of humor : the ability to understand what is funny 有幽默感
- introvert : someone who is shy 内向的
- laid-back : see ‘easy-going’ 悠闲的；懒散的
- to lose one’s temper : to suddenly become angry 发脾气
- narrow-minded : opposite of ‘broad-minded’ (see above) 心胸狭隘
- painfully shy : very shy 非常害羞
- to put others first : to think of others before yourself 为他人着想
- quick-tempered : to become angry quickly 脾气暴躁/性急
- reserved : shy 内敛的
- self-assured : confident 充满自信
- self-centered : thinks only of oneself 自私的
- self-confident : believes in one’s own ability or knowledge 自信的
- self-effacing : to not try to get the attention of others (especially in terms of hiding one’s skills or abilities) 不出风头；谦卑
- to take after : to be like (often another member of the family) 长得像某人
- thick-skinned : not easily affected by criticism 厚脸皮的
- trustworthy : can be trusted 可靠的
- two-faced : not honest or sincere. Will say one thing to someone to their face and another when they are not present. 表里不一；口是心非
