The Problem of Nuclear Waste
By far, the storage of nuclear waste is one of the greatest problems of the 21st century. The increase in the amount of waste is due to the rise in the use of nuclear energy. While nuclear energy is efficient, the waste that it produces is hazardous to the environment and the people who live in it. The biggest problem surrounding nuclear energy is where to put this highly radioactive waste.
There are few options for storing nuclear waste. Sending it into outer space or burying it beneath the ocean floor are two of the proposed storage solutions. Both of these options are too dangerous, costly, and difficult to do. Burial is the final option, and the one that most scientists agree upon as the best choice. The site chosen to bury the nuclear waste must be made of solid rock, leak free, free of geological activity and away from residential areas. Nuclear energy does have its benefits, but above all, waste storage has to be taken into consideration.
核废料何去何从
核废料的存放显然是二十一世纪最大的问题之一。核能使用量的增加连带导致核废料增加。虽然核能发电效率很高，但它所产生的核废料对环境和居住其中的人却有害。关于核能的最大问题便是这些高放射性核废料到底要存放在哪里。

The Perfect Jeans
Since 1873, when Levi Strauss invented blue jeans, men and women have been in love with denim. While there are hundreds of styles to choose from, the hardest task can be to find the most flattering pair. There are several rules to keep in mind when you select a pair of jeans. The first rule of thumb is that just because you can zip them up doesn't mean they fit. If you can't breathe normally when you pull up the zipper, it is safe to say you should look for something a little larger. Jeans should fit not only your waist, but also your thighs, length, inseam, and rear.
If you are bottom heavy, it is best to steer clear of skin-tight styles. Jeans with any extra decorations on the back pockets are also a no-no. Remember also that the darker the denim, the thinner you will look. If you happen to be tall and thin, straight-legged styles accentuate these features and give you a leaner look. If all else fails and you come up empty-handed, then do not despair. Manufacturers and retailers have begun to offer custom-made jeans designed specifically for any body type.
