据监测人员表示,最近拥有职业资格的会计师越来越可能成为财务会计和内部审计职位的新目标。同时,随着在都柏林的运营成本持续上升,爱尔兰的10大企业会继续向首都之外的城市科克、利默里克和高威迁移并组建团队。

Themonitor also shows that professional job opportunities fell by 3.5% whencompared to May 2016 and the number of professionals seeking job opportunitiesfell by 4% when compared to the previous month.
InFinancial Services, the monitor recorded a strong increase in demand forprofessionals within the Funds and Asset Management sector, particularly withrisk and compliance expertise. This follows a period of hiring caution earlierin the year. There was a marked increase in enquiries from UK job seekerswithin this sector after the results of the UK’s referendum on membership ofthe EU were announced.
Accordingto the monitor, recently qualified accountants are increasingly likely to betargets for new positions in both financial accountant and internal auditpositions. Meanwhile, as the cost of operating in Dublin continues torise, top 10 practice firms continue to move and build teams outside thecapital – Cork, Limerick and Galway.
Themonitor also showed that the IT sector remained upbeat in June and thecontinued under supply of quality talent remains an issue for employers. Themost sought after professionals are those with big data, IT security and Javadeveloper experience.
