本案房屋是户主的改善性住宅，小区瑞南紫郡位于“大学城”安宁区，周围众多大学围靠，文化气氛浓郁，书香气息环绕身边。屋内设计风格是轻奢新中式，方寸之间、尽奢极雅。

新中式属于当代的“改良版”的装修风格，承接着古风的设计灵感，手法上却具有现代感。胡桃色的电视柜，拥有古朴的质感，沉稳干练的态度。沙发背景墙线条性装饰，与电视柜色彩相互衬托，空间层次感增强，凸显质朴氛围，符合当代人追求淳朴生活的向往。

新中式的设计并不是一味的采用古风家具，餐厅的设计就偏向于现代化，黑色的餐桌椅，映着窗户散进的光线，用餐也变的有仪式感。黑色的线条装饰与屏风的设计，形成了一种互补的对称性美感。万物的对称，是最简单的美学设计。拜访客户的这天，餐厅的呈现让工作人员一眼就爱了，身不由己的就坐下感受（家的感觉）。
