一、烤漆门
首先说烤漆门，一般基材为密度板，表面需要经过八次喷漆（三底、三面、二光）高温烤制而成，就是说喷漆后经过进烘房加温干燥处理。

二、什么是开放漆门
所以，烤漆门是泛指，概念比较大。而开放漆是指的制作烤漆门的一个工序，开放漆门也可以看做是烤漆门的一种。开放漆门表面纹路清晰，立体感强，可以摸得到纹路。

相对的就有封闭漆门，表面虽然可以看见木纹，但是手感光滑细腻，有光泽感。

并不是所有的木皮或木材都可以做开放漆，如果木材的导管较细而密的话，如桦木、枫木只能做封闭漆。如果导管较深很明显，如橡木、水曲柳等高档木材，才可以做开放漆。

三、开放漆门有什么优点？
1、木纹颜色亮丽、质感突出、自然，同时色浆、油漆直接渗入木眼，受到气温变化时能够与木质同步热胀冷缩，不易褪色、不择色。
