This is the Bailong Elevator, and it's in China, specifically in the Wulingyuan part of Zhangjiajie. It stands at 1070 feet high. It's kind of like the wall in Game of Thrones, and they even call it the "100 Dragons Elevator." It can take at least 50 visitors at once and cost $20 million to build.
