William Raven (William Raven) is a rowing helmsman, a member of the New South Wales rowing team, participating in two Australian U23 team competitions and winning two royal cups. He is also a senior steersman at the University of Sydney Sailing Club and has held world records in many international Milan University rowing competitions. William Raven,: "My first contact with rowing was probably in 2003, when my sister took part in the sport and I went to watch her race. Then in 2004, when I was in high school, my sister wanted me to join in rowing. I was assigned to be a helmsman, not a forward, because the school didn't pay much attention to the helmsman, but as I progressed, I became the longest-qualified one in a group of helmsmen, and the importance of being a helmsman began to show, and I began to like rowing.
Since 2004, I have been participating in rowing every year in my school and in the University of Sydney Sailing Club in 2007. Even I have continued to compete in New South Wales and Australia.”

The shore is crowded with local audiences, the organization and accommodation are great. I want to go back and hve more experience in Xinjin though I've left."

William Raven: "Rowing has had a huge impact on my life. I'm crazy about this sport, whether it's competition, training, coaching. Rowing is the biggest team sport. You must rely on everyone to do a good job. The teamwork I learned in rowing affects other aspects of my life. These are my unique skills and qualities that can be applied to my study, social life and work. In life. Rowing is a lifelong bond of friendship and connection that you will never lose and that you will never get through any other sport. Rowing has taught me that the process is more important than the result, and perseverance is the only way to succeed in life.

On the one hand, for many people, rowing is boring, and maybe the result is not what you expect. On the other hand, the harvest may be something worth cherishing for a lifetime. Rowing, the process ismore important than the result.
