答：我会建议活用detail的各种词性增加行文的变化：
1) 将detail作为动词来使用（非谓动词算在此类）。比如“我们进行了面试，选了5个候选人，具体如下。”这个句子，你可以这么说：We have conducted the interviews and selected the 5 candidates detailed below.
2) 用名词，比如短语for details也蛮方便。We have conducted the interviews and selected the 5 candidates. Please see the list below for details.
3) 用形容词，意为“详细的”。比如For detailed explanations please see the attached map.
2. “我们对xxx做了/进行了评估”可以怎么搭配？
答：用conduct就可以。比如“我们对现有成员进行了评估。” We have conducted an evaluation of the existing members.
3. 领导或跨部门领导来找我，让我给他一个关于某事儿的概述或总结。回去写邮件的时候，我开头怎么过渡呢？
答：完全可以说“About/regarding xxx,…”。如果还是觉得不够看，我再给你一个：In response to your request for a recap on/of xxx, here is a brief for your information.
4. “按需更新进展”、“按每月一次的频率发招聘报告给我们”这种讲到频率的情况，有什么推荐的表达方式呢？
答：on a/an xxx basis是一个很方便实用的用法。比如“按需更新进展”，可以说We will update everyone on an on-demand basis/on an as-needed basis. “请每月发一次招聘进展报告给我们。”可以说We'd like to receive from you a report on the recruitment progress on a monthly basis. 当然，大家常用的every month/once a month也很好。
5. 写邮件的时候，我想说“考虑到某事，所以我也做了xxx。”这个“考虑到”可以怎么说？
答：可以用considering xxx / taking into consideration xxx。比如“考虑到你的需求，我做了相应的改动。”这个句子，可以说Considering your needs / Taking into consideration your needs, I have made changes accordingly. 需要用到从句就加that咯。建议大家养成用“分词作状语”这种形式来说明一些原因和条件，明快又简洁。
