The very first impression of the babies from the UK was like this: elegant, independent and free-willed. No doubt that the quality family education has cultivated the child into a whole person.

There are many differences between the Chinese and the British way of education. This has jolted the families into deep thoughts: in terms of childhood education, should we be more strict, or should we give more freedom?

11月24-25日，“一带一路”国际婴童亲子运动会《萌娃当道-Let’s Play Together 》第二季第六场复赛在白云万达广场成功举行！
On November 24th to 25th, the sixth semi-final of Let’s Play Together was successful held at Baiyun Wanda Plaza.
现场果然十分热闹，人头攒动。萌小当最喜欢这种气息了。运动会，就是要展现自己的实力，绽放自己的魅力！
The event attracted plenty of participants and onlookers, enriching the atmosphere with full participation and distinctive personalities.

锻炼Exercise
有一对萌爸萌妈在采访中表示，一开始很担心自己的宝宝。萌宝准备上幼儿园了，但是还不怎么会说话。 医生说，这是缺乏社交锻炼导致的。他们希望通过参加这次活动，锻炼萌宝的能力。
A couple said in an interview that they were worried about her baby at the beginning. Despite having reached the age for kindergarten, the baby was not as talkative as other kids. The expert said that this was due to a lack of social interaction. Thus, they hoped to cultivate their child’s social ability by participating in this event.
同时，他们十分赞成英式教育理念：英国家庭不会对宝宝娇宠，而是让他们接受环境的磨练，鼓励他们自己去做一些事情，培养他们的独立性。
Meanwhile, they thought highly of the British way of childhood education: while caring for the child, British parents does not spoil them; instead, they encourage them to do things independently so as to cultivate their abilities.
相处Communication
另一位爸爸也和萌小当分享了自己的故事：宝宝平时都不在自己身边，跟随在乡下的爷爷奶奶生活，与他相处的时间并不多。为了参与这次活动，他特地把宝宝接到广州，想借这次机会，和萌宝一起参加活动，能多陪伴宝宝。
A father also shared his story with us: his son has been living with his grandparents in the countryside. Thus, not much time of his and his son’s was spent together. In order to participate in this event, he specially took his son back to Guangzhou, and wanted to make the best of this opportunity to participate in the activity to accompany him.
在中国，“留守儿童”的现象很普遍，而“英式”教育则非常强调爱与家人的概念，认为父母能给萌宝最好的东西,就是相处的时间。
In China, we might say that the phenomenon of left-behind children is universal. However, the British way of childhood education lays a strong emphasis on love and family, making it clear that the best thing from parent is the companionship.
游戏多样 乐在其中
Diverse Games and Massive Fun
萌宝拿着画笔，认真地酝酿作品。好奇的萌小当迫不及待想看他的成果呢。不知道爸爸妈妈能不能猜出来，萌宝的心思可不容易懂！
The baby was picking up the drawing pen and lost in the process. While we were waiting to see this creation, the parents were badly battered to guess what the baby was drawing.
宝宝牵着萌爸萌妈的手，即使走独立桥，也要优雅端庄。看到萌宝自信的身影，萌小当觉得你们是当之无愧的平衡小能手！
Holding onto the parents’ hands, the baby still glowed in elegance while walking on the bridge. Impressed by the confidence, we were sure that you were the “expert of balance”!
在蹦蹦跳跳环节中，萌宝使出浑身解数，努力往上跳。不过，这玩意不好对付啊。没事，发型没乱，依旧帅气，爬起来继续跳！
In “The Jumping”, the baby was sparing no efforts to jump higher, which proved to be a little bit of a trick. It did not MATTER! The baby was still shining like a star!
萌宝一步一步往前爬，看着终点处的爸爸妈妈，想着奔向他们的怀抱。萌小当在一旁，感受到一股热情的力量。
Step by step, he was moving on, with eyes on the parents, eager to embrace them. Indeed, we felt the power of love within the family.
萌宝帅气抛球，信心满满，实力不容小觑。在妈妈面前展现实力的时候到了！害怕？不存在的！
Throwing the ball with confidence, it was time for me to show my true power! No fear, no holding back!
澳洲袋鼠环节，萌妈移动身体，在运送宝宝的过程中，一点也不怠慢。黑白配让萌小当眼前一亮，快被萌化了！
In “The Kangaroo”, the mother was also trying her best to move forward. The combination of black and white color has impressed us most. Our attention were definitely caught by them!
随着摇滚大陀螺的转动，萌宝惊呆了！等等，这是什么操作？淡定，让萌宝思考一小会儿。
Rolling and shaking, the baby was shocked and wondering what it was all about. Relax! Let’s have fun!
萌小当觉得，萌宝玩游戏的时候需要一个适应的过程 ，不必着急哦！
Nevertheless, every game require a process of adaptation, especially for little kids. Just take your time!
