（2016年4月6日，/HRoot.com/）2016年4月5日，外企德科（FESCO Adecco）全资收购北京波森人才顾问有限责任公司（PERSON）的签约仪式在北京举行。
来自北京外企服务集团（FESCO）、德科集团（Adecco）、北京外企人力资源服务有限公司、外企德科、波森人才的相关领导出席活动。外企德科首席执行官倪瀛与波森人才总经理彭燕洁代表双方签署协议。

收购完成后，外企德科将有效整合双方优势资源，进一步壮大外企德科近年快速发展的招聘业务，并将业务版图扩展至全国更多区域。该收购行为预计将于2016年8月正式完成。
FESCO Adecco wholly acquired head-hunting company PERSON , expanding recruitment business territory
(Apr. 6, 2016, /HRoot.com/) On April 5, the Signing Ceremony for the Agreement of Acquisition of PERSON by FESCO Adecco was held in Beijing.
Relative leaders from FESCO, Adecco, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., FESCO Adecco and PERSON attended the event. Ying Ni , the CEO of FESCO Adecco, and Yanjie Peng , the General Manager of PERSON, signed the agreement, representing the two sides.
