她们是同学，更像是一对姐妹花：同为13级浙江警察学院涉外警务专业毕业生，都是刑侦打处组唯一的女民警，都是颜值实力同时在线，都在大三的时候选择了去美国进修一年，都是满满阳光正能量的妹子，都是……

On October 29, 2018, Percy, a young man from South Africa came to puyan police station asking for help. He bought a phone through WeChat on the recommendation of a fellow South African. He paid 1000 yuan but the sellers didn't give him a phone and refused to give his money back.
2018年10月29日，一个南非小伙Percy，来到浦沿派出所寻求帮助。他在一位南非老乡的推荐下，通过微信向微商购买一个手机。结果1000块钱打过去了，对方迟迟不肯发货，要求退款，对方也未应答。
Under this circumstance, Ruyi contacted the seller and made it clear that if the refund is not returned, the matter will be resolved by legal means. After a communication lasting for half an hour, the seller finally returned 1000 yuan.
了解情况后，如意联系了卖方和Percy的老乡，义正言辞地和对方表明如果再不返还退款，将通过法律手段解决此事。经过半小时的沟通，晓之以理动之以情，对方最终返还了1000元。
Percy, who got his money back said he would rather use the money to buy some winter clothes he needs immediately. But Ruyi said candidly:"You need to change your phone first. Your phone is too old to make a call. As for clothes, I can give you some of my father's if you don't mind!"

"Our work needs good personality to get along with others. Sometimes, conflicts happend just due to bad mood. So if you deal with them with a good attitude, they will be simpler. "She said with a bright smile. She always hopes to keep working with a positive attitude.
“我们的工作其实考验的也是一种与人相处的能力，有时候发生冲突只是为了一点小摩擦，你用一种好态度去处理，当事人的气就可以消一大半，没准事情就解决了呢！”她没心没肺的笑着说。对待工作，她说一直希望能用积极阳光的态度去面对。
一个像秋天的丹青

What impressed her most was also the first time that she encountered a critical situation: the person involved was seriously injured after making trouble at the plice station because she could not accept the penalty of fine and detention. "The blood was all over the place and I helped her hold down the wound, treated it briefly and then took her to the hospital with my colleagues." Recalling this day, she said she could still remember the feeling of hot blood. It was so terrible. But she was really proud of how well she had handled the emergency.
印象最深的一次，也是她第一次遇到危急情况：涉事人因无法接受罚款和拘留的判处，在现场闹事，结果受伤严重。“当时血就溅得到处都是，我帮她按住了伤口，进行简单处理，然后和同事一起把她送去医院。”至今，说起这事儿，她说还能记得血是温热的，当时还为此做了几天噩梦。不过，她真的觉得非常自豪，当时可以漂亮地做出应急处理。
"At first, I think quite simply that I hate evil and I want to punish every thing bad. Now I find that you need to think more, if you want to be justice. Beause every coin has two sides." She said it was the most important thing she gained in a year of work.
“刚入职的时候，就是一个特别热血的人，嫉恶如仇。工作后才发现，维持正义，不是非黑即白的，决不能靠主观情感去判断，必须按科学的方法冷静严谨分析。”她说这是工作一年来得到的最大感触。
In the eyes of her colleagues, she is a lovely girl full with sense of justice, who will inspire people. However, she thinks that idealism is her weakness to be an excellent police officer. She hopes to be more rigorous and rational in the future.
同事们眼里，她是个呆萌的妹子，满满热血和正义感，就已经足够鼓舞人了。但她自己却觉得，要做一个优秀的打击民警，带有太多个人感情是自己的缺点，以后要加以改进，当一个更为严谨的酷女孩。
