Heitkamp Headquarters in Herne is a symbol that represents the urban renewal and industrial reviving of this city. This three-story building is about 4,000 sqm, aiming to create the most advanced, modern, and future oriented office environment for people, and support the development of the enterprise with humanized and sustainable design.

城市更新与产业回归
Symbol of Reviving
曾经拥有近万名员工，年销售额逾十亿马克的德国建设行业巨头Heitkamp集团，于2012年破产重组；然而，在过去的十年中，集团专注于道桥基建业务，不断参与试验项目与重要城市建设项目，并持续投入机场跑道快速翻新、公路桥梁预制等创新技术研发，让集团规模迅速重新扩大。
在这样的背景下，位于黑尔讷的Heitkamp集团办公总部应运而生。它被视为该公司迈向下一个百年的重要基石，以现代的设计重塑企业形象，并以高效的空间助力未来发展；同时，作为该地区“Glückauf Zukunft”产业园落成的首座建筑，它也象征着这座城市的产业回归和城市更新。
The construction giant Heitkamp Group, which once had nearly 10,000 employees and annual sales of more than one billion marks, only retained its core businesses earthwork and road construction after its bankruptcy and reorganization in 2012. However, by investing in innovative technologies and participating in some important projects it has rapidly expanded again within ten years.
Thus, the Heitkamp Headquarters in Herne is regarded as an important milestone for the company to move towards the next century, aiming to serve the future development of the group, while for this city to establish a symbol for urban renewal and industrial reviving as the 1st building in park "Glückauf Zukunft".

高质量的办公环境
High Quality Office
Heitkamp集团办公总部共三层，近4,000平方米，旨在实现新工作环境的概念，为员工的日常办公提供最先进、最现代化、同时面向未来的工作场所。
设计以简洁的语言实现了逻辑清晰的空间组织，通过回字型的空间布局，形成了高效、高连通性的办公空间。在此基础上，建筑的一角向内退进，在首层形成L型的柱廊，一面朝向主入口，另一面朝向景观丘陵，表现出建筑的开放姿态。
The three-story new office headquarters is about 4,000 sqm, aiming to realize the concept of new work environment by providing the most advanced, modern, and future oriented workplace for the daily work.
It's spatially organized in a minimalist way with concise and clear logic, forming an efficient and highly connected office with the layout of two homocentric squares. One corner of the outer square is set back from the edge, forming an L-shaped colonnade, with one side serving as the main entrance, while the other facing the landscape hills, which demonstrates the openness of this building.

同时，设计巧妙地利用回字中央的中庭空间，在一层设置屋顶，形成有自然采光的多功能会议空间（该空间可灵活分隔和布置，满足不同功能、不同规模的使用需求），并在二层形成户外庭院，让员工在工作之余可以步入其中，呼吸新鲜空气，休憩半刻。
The inner square is designed as two main public spaces. It's a covered space at the 1st floor, which is naturally lit by skylight and serves as multi-functional meeting space that can be flexibly organized to meet different needs in scale and program; while it's atrium courtyard at the 2nd floor, encouraging people to walk in and have a break.

无论是建筑外立面，还是内部空间，都应用了大面积的玻璃幕墙——一方面最大化地利用自然采光，创造出明亮的办公环境；另一方面赋予整个空间极佳的通透性，使员工之间相见不相扰，并可透过落地窗享受室外的自然景观。
简洁明快的室内设计，结合公共空间的设置，营造出了自然、舒适的空间氛围。
Both facade and internal space are equipped with a large area of glass, which not only maximizes the natural lighting to create a bright office environment, but also gives great permeability to the whole space, so that people can meet each other without disturbing each other, and enjoy the outdoor natural landscape through windows.
Meanwhile, a comfortable spatial atmosphere emerges in contribution of public spaces and the natural style interior.

可持续设计面向未来
Sustainable Design
秉持盖博建筑及Heitkamp集团对可持续发展的不懈追求，该办公总部按照零碳标准设计建造，并满足德国KfW 55建筑节能标准（相较传统建筑方式，仅需消耗55%的能源）。
Following the commitment on sustainability of both Gerber Architekten and Heitkamp, this headquarters is designed and built with zero carbon standards and in accordance with the latest KFW55 energy standards.

除了实现全无纸化办公，建筑还设置了光伏系统、地热空气热泵系统以满足其能源需求。鉴于应用了大面积的玻璃，设计采用了三层玻璃结构，并应用了防晒玻璃材料，使幕墙拥有了优秀的保温隔热功能。
此外，整个办公总部还配备了100个停车位可供电动汽车和电动自行车充电，以满足集团未来扩大和发展的需求。
As a paperless office headquarters, the building is equipped with photovoltaic systems and air source heat pump to meet its own energy needs, and 100 parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars and electric bicycles to meet its future expansion needs. In addition, considering the large area of glass, the triple glazing structure and sun protection glass are applied, resulting in excellent thermal insulation function.
