Run Hundred根据全球40000名跑步锻炼者推荐的歌单,从中选出了30首最适合跑步听的音乐。
按照一首歌3-5分钟计算,1个小时大概才15首歌曲的样子。再说慢跑要半个小时才开始燃烧脂肪,才有减肥效果,之前消耗的都是糖分和水分,30首绰绰有余。
