据说西班牙将试点推行4天工作制，也就是说一周7天工作4天，这个现状只能说在国内是不可能出现的，甚至说现在国内有部分资本家提出工作制，简直匪夷所思，工作的时间更短了，休息的时间更长了，对员工来说当然是个好事。
这些经济发展比较早的发达国家，当然具备缩短工作时间的条件，因为他们本身并不需要靠时间去赚钱了，他们做的工作性质并不以时间越久赚钱越多为标准，而且这些发达国家基本都是将劳动力密集型的产业转移向发展中国家，尤其是东南亚的一些国家，因为价格比较便宜，而像研发管理财务等工作都是集中在自己的国家，所以这些工作是具备缩短工作时长的基本条件的。
能够让员工有更多的休息时间。更有利于提高员工工作质量，因为一周只工作4天，那就必然要提升工作的强度，比如说你一周的工作量是个，如果说你工作7天，那就一天个，你要是工作4天那你就出一次，你一天可能要到，这个程度工作量是没有什么缩减的，因为就算是发达国家，他们把财务研发的内容集中在本国，他们也要考虑到成本的问题，企业肯定不会让人力成本占到企业里面的大多数，也就是说它亏损的原因不能是因为人太多了，不能因为员工休息的时间太久了。
我们这几乎是不可能实现的，因为现在我们大多数企业实行的还是单休制，也就是一周休息一天，能够实行每周双休的企业都太少了，就算这样企业还不满足呢，有部分企业居然提出工作制，资本家的雪都没有这么黑啊，什么是工作轻就是说早上9:00上班，到晚上11::00，一周工作7天一天工作15个小时，好家伙生产队的驴都不敢怎么干，居然还有企业说这是我们员工自愿的，大家都是人换做你，你相信吗？
我们的当下之急最严峻的任务是把8小时工作制做好，每天8点上班，下午6点下班，中间休息两个小时，每天能保证严格执行8小时工作制，一周休息两天，这个对于国内大多数的工作者来说就知足了，什么4天半的工作时间，4天的工作时间，那想都不敢想啊，那离我们太遥远了
