Patio is a casual indoor and outdoor dining space overlooking West Lake specializing in fresh pasta and pizza accompanied by a curated list of Italian wines and draught beers. During summer, barbecues are the highlight and early evening, an aperitivo menu whets the appetite. A live DJ on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening adds a musical backdrop.

Mr. Enzo Carbone, the Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou, who hails from a romantic location: Naples in Italy. By the tender age of 14 he was well versed in family-style Italian cuisine, and Enzo has now been professionally creating in kitchens for nearly 20 years, which has provided him with a unique outlook and passion for food.
