ScalersTalk成长会听力狂练小组是ScalersTalk旗下专攻听力训练的子群。为了进一步促进学习效果，ScalersTalk听力小组自2016年起，已经转为成长会内部小组，不再接受外部申请。

一.每周复盘规则：

1.每日听写：

听写材料群论坛自取，进群论坛方式请看群公告。群内成员每天上传自己的全文听写情况及听写正确率截图（必做一），做完听写之后请及时复习，并且提交自己的每日复盘总结（必做二）。每日复盘总结模式分为以下几个方面，请任选一种模式进行整理，并将复盘成果发送到群内：

（1）初级模式：对生词、短语、语音及背景知识进行总结，整理成文字材料发送至群内；

（2）中级模式：提取材料中生词、短语搭配或者句式连接进行造句训练，并发送至群内。

（3）高级模式：对材料进行复述或者summary，提炼要点，并将你的复述或者summary通过语音发送至群内。

2.周六晚7点复盘：

周复盘将采取轮流主持的机制，群内所有成员将被分成5组，各组轮流承担每周复盘工作。每组在复盘时推举一名轮值主持，全程带领群内所有成员进行复盘。

美国联邦储备委员会16日宣布将联邦基金利率上调25个基点到0.25%至0.5%的水平。

[美联储怎么加息]

美联储是美国的中央银行，联邦公开市场委员会（The Federal Open Market Committee, FOMC）是它的货币政策决策机构，每年在华盛顿召开8次议息会议，决定货币政策的调整方向。美联储利率决策的依据主要是美国经济走势。一般情况下，美联储的政策目标主要是保持物价稳定和促进就业两项。如果它预期未来经济可能趋于疲软、物价存在下行压力，就很可能采取更宽松的货币政策，如降息等；反之则可能采取加息等政策收紧银根。

[为什么这次加息很重要]

联邦公开市场委员会上次宣布提高联邦基金目标利率还是在2006年6月29日，当时提高之后的联邦基金目标利率是5.25%。2007年开始，联邦基金目标利率持续下降。

一直到2008年12月16日，降至零利率。降无可降之后，美国货币政策进入一段量化宽松（QE, Quantitative Easing, 量化指的是扩大一定数量的货币发行，宽松即减少银行的资金压力；间接增印钞票）的非常宽松时期，通过非常规手段向市场注入更多流动性。

美联储主席耶伦（Janet Yellen）最近表态说，美国就业状况持续改善，支持通胀可能在中期回弹到2%的预期政策目标。联邦公开市场委员会上次的会议纪要也显示该委员会多数成员支持12月加息。如果这次宣布加息，将是美联储9年多以来首次加息。这意味着美国进入加息周期，同时也意味着美国货币政策结束量化宽松之后回归常态化的政策周期。

实体店正面临阵痛期。面对网店的威胁，实体店正在做出一系列改变以招揽顾客。其中最有趣的要数Bonobos. 在这里，顾客可以翻阅货架，但不能买下带回家，因为其销售点没有库存。这一商业模式之前仅限于大型物件，比如沙发。但现在，服装零售商看到，将零售商店和销售货物分离可以节约时间、金钱以及精力，因此也纷纷采取这一做法。

The bricks-and-mortar stores are experiencing a hard time. Under the threat of online shopping, physical retailers are doing more than just sell goods. Bonobos is an interesting example.
