水晶（rock crystal）是稀有矿物，宝石的一种，石英结晶体，在矿物学上属于石英族。主要化学成份是二氧化硅，化学式为SiO2。
纯净时形成无色透明的晶体。当含微量元素Al、Fe等时呈粉色、紫色、黄色，茶色等。经辐照微量元素形成不同类型的色心，产生不同的颜色，如紫色、黄色、茶色，粉色等。含伴生包裹体矿物的被称之为包裹体水晶，如发晶、绿幽灵、红兔毛等，内包物为金红石、电气石、阳起石、云母，绿泥石等。
