针对目前我国政府购买服务绩效管理发展的现状和存在问题,结合主体协同度不足和购买效率有待提高的现状,第七章章结合政府购买服务多元主体协同绩效管理的内涵,以及影响因素结论与绩效评价结论,以理论基础与基于 PDCA 绩效循环的多元主体协同绩效管理逻辑框架为指导,从协同联动、协同目标、协同内容和保障体系四方面提出了具体的主体协同内容与路径,以充分发挥主体协同作用,提升政府购买服务绩效。
