NY20+工作室外面的树木已经长出了新叶，
成都的春天已经来啦！
树木萌芽时总给人一种充满希望的感觉。
3月11日，
我们邀请到艺术家Rita Kiseliova担任导师，
进行一场国际艺术交流-“搞点颜色”版画工作坊，
一起来印制专属你春天的颜色！
Winter will soon be over
and spring is in sight.
This time, Rita Kiseliova was invited to host a printmaking workshop. We welcome each of you join us to play color and have a spring fun time.
PART.01
首先，什么是版画呢
what is printmaking?
版画是一种带有实验性质的创作方式，在印刷工业化之后逐渐解放出来，到现在发展出各式各样的技艺和风格，成为一种独特的艺术形式。
先在板材上利用各种方式雕刻出要印刷出来的内容，让版面凹凸，然后再用颜料印制到准备好的媒介上（纸、布料等）。从制版到印画，每一个细节的变化都可能收获意想不到的效果。这个过程有别于纸面绘画，转印之后的图像具备独特的质感。
Printmaking is a kind of experimental creation, after industrialization it developed a variety of techniques and styles, now evolved as a unique art form.
Printmaking uses a transfer process to make multiples from an original image or template. The multiple images are printed on paper or cloth. All printmaking mediums result in images reversed from the original. This process is different from paper painting, the image after transfer has a unique texture.

“I prefer to think of printmaking as the art of trace, which takes the hand-painted trace to the extreme. Different people create different traces, just like a cup of hand-made coffee, each cup has a different flavor.”
让我们搞点春天的颜色!
此次工作坊，我们准备了不同的材料供大家学习探索，欢迎你们带上春天的花朵、树叶或是其他小植物，春日氛围拉满。在两个小时的工作坊中，不仅能收获版画知识，学习到丰富的版画创作技巧，更能带走一份专属你的艺术作品！
Nowadays art is not only about drawing and painting, brushes and pencils – there are much more tools and techniques! Have you ever thought about choosing real plants and flowers for your art? With the help of the artist, you will use herbarium for printing. Images of insects, butterflies or birds can be added to the elegant lines of your plants’etchings. Additional images can be done in the technique of linocut: with the special knives they are cut of plastic and then also printed. In two hours you will make bright and impressive art works that can be used for decoration of your interior.

关于导师
Rita Kiseliova是一位俄罗斯出生的艺术家，在乌克兰接受教育，目前在成都生活和工作。她不断地尝试和探索周围的生活，使用不同的材料进行艺术创作，例如：版画艺术，油画，电线，石膏等混合材料。
Mentor:Rita Kiseliova， a Russian born artist, who was educated in Ukraine, and currently live and work in Chengdu. She keeps experimenting and exploring the life around. She uses different art printing techniques, oil paint, wires, plaster, mixed media.
作品欣赏/ARTWORKS：
本次工作坊采用的是版画技法中相对新手友好，可以在没有专业器械的情况下完成的monoprint，直译是单次印刷版画，它虽然一般情况下无法将图像多次复制，但简单灵活，出来的纹理效果不输其他艺术形式，还可以印制在T-shirt/布袋上。
The techniques used in this workshop is suitable for beginners, so if you are interested in printmaking, do not hesitate to sign up.

* 版画印刷会用到颜料，建议穿着弄脏也不会心疼的衣物！
* 个人作品可以自由带走。
* 因参与者个人原因无法到场不予退票，参与者可自行转让门票，符合主办方活动原则即可。
* 活动解释权归主办方所有。
Please arrive on time.
White cloth is not recommended, in case of getting tainted by pigments.
Feel free to take away your artworks when you finished.
If you are not able to make it, tickets transfer is allowed.
NY20+ reserves the right of final explanation.
